What is the best exercise to loose the belly fat or the fat around the waist. Jogging alone does not seem to help. Any suggestions for something simple yet efficient?
I know that the programs (Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers) can work but does anyone have an experience to share on what happened to their weight after they quit the program?
i am roughly 50 pounds away from my goal and seem to have reached a plateau with my weight lose…i have tried slim quick the female diet supplement and it did not work for me…i dont want anything to harsh so i am drinking a lot of water and abt to start slim fast..does it work?
I eat healthy and exercise, but I need something to boost my metabolism a little more, as it’s getting harder to lose weight (comes with age). I went to GNC and between all the different options, the guy recommended Xenadrine Detox. I can’t take anything with too much caffeine, so Hydroxycut was out. Has anyone taken Xenadrine Detox? Has it worked for you? What are the most common side effects you experienced? Or, have you tried something else with low caffeine that’s worked?
I know there is no magic pill out there that will make you lose weight. What I am looking for is a pill/supplement to help me start losing. I am following a workout plan and following a good diet, I just need an extra boost. I would appreciate answers from people who have actually used something and not a bunch of people saying there is no such thing. Thanks
I wanted to start a weight loss competition this summer in my family, but I wanted it to be fair. For example its probably easier for my 260 pound brother to lose a pound than my 160 pound mom.
So whats is the best way to compare? Should it just be percentage of mass? Should fat be considered? Should i buy a body fat analyzer? Because i guess if someone lost 10 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle, wouldn’t that be better than someone else who just lost 9 pounds of fat?
Just curious what people’s thoughts on this are, i want it to be as fair as possible but with accurate measures of comparison.
I’m thirteen, and I have this little fat pouch on the bottom of my stomach that’s very annoying. It’s not terrible, and I know it’ll be gone once I start swimming in the fall, but right now swimming isn’t an option. I eat pretty much healthy (not super healthy, but I have a good diet for a teen) and I go on the elliptical for thirty minutes a day, but I’m seeing nothing. I want this belly fat substantially eliminated by a month (it doesn’t need to be all of it, and no, my abs don’t need to be firm, my stomach just needs to be flat).
Also, I’m lazy, so a non-complicated plan would be preferred.

I know two people who have lost a tremendous amount of weight. One has lost 60 lbs in 3 months. I am unable to reach him at this time to inquire as to exactly what the program was he used. Someone told me it involved drinking lots of smoothies.
You would be suprised how well crunches work if done correctly or an abdominal wheel for .95. I guess its all in the glitz and marketing.
A lot of people equate weight loss with fat loss. When you lose more than 2 pounds a week your not just losing fat but muscle.
My point is if you are consistant and patient, then combine proper eating habits( notice I didn’t say diet, its a lifestyle change) and exercise that is the proper way to lose fat, get a six pack, and shape your muscles.
i have 6 weeks to diet and a loss 20 pounds! i need help here!
i got to the gym. i work out hard and i have muscle but for the life of me i can’t get rid of my stomach. it’s not that fatty, i think it’s just water weight but alot of it. help. any suggestions would be great!
What diet pill or fast weight lose pill works the best. I have tried hydroxycut hardcore but I have not seen any results lately. I work out at least three to four times a week. Any help would be appreciated.
ive been on this diet since friday.. and its absolutely AMAZING.
Ive lost 4lb already!! And im not even that hungry, it fills me up and as ive lost so much weight in just 2 days.. Im so motivated!

I’m not overweight, but I did inherit the big thigh gene and my legs could use some slimming and toning, please let me know about excercises that actually work and how long will it take to see results.
I am looking to find answers from people who really know something about them because everything that I read online seems like it is sponsored by the pills themselves giving me a very bias opinion.
