They are having a weight loss contest to see who can lose the most weight in 2 months, and the winner wins 1000 bucks. What’s the most weight someone can lose in 2 months, and besides eating smaller portions and exercising, what else can you do? This is for my husband who is 5’11 and 260lbs.

I need to loose about 70 lbs in 6 months. I already started watching what I eat and walking everyday. I want a more effective diet or pills to reach my goal. And I know I heard the phrase "loosing more than 2 pounds a week is not healthy" but it is possible. I did the celebrity diet yesterday and the day before and lost 12 pounds. I feel great!!! I need to hear only from people with answers to my questions please. Thanks in advance!

I am 34w5d pregnant. I am actually losing weight, but I don’t understand how that is possible. My eating hasn’t changed, nor my physical activity. I feel like I am getting bigger and my doctor has even said that the baby is growing just like he’s supposed to be. But I’ve lost almost 2 pounds in the last 5 days. Same scale even. What gives?

I haven’t had my period since September and I know I need to have it so how should I go about doing it?
I know I must have a low body fat percentage so I should increase it to get my period.
But I really love my body the way it is now and I don’t want to gain weight.
Is this possible?

I need to drop about 50 pounds but I just can’t seem to. I only eat once a day (lunch or dinner) but I do gorge a lot so I seem to gain more weight everyday.
I am so undecliplined that I eat pretty much whatever.
So am I the type that needs structure and a program to tell me when to eat and what to eat to lose weight?
I do run 3 times a week but doesn’t help.

I started losing weight about nine months ago. I started out at quite a high weight but have so far lost 120 pounds. I would like to lose another 50 or so but I have been stuck at the same weight for about a month now. I have increased my cardio to 50 minutets 3-4 times a week and my calorie intake is anywhere from 1000-1200 a day. Any tips for getting my metabolism to kick back into gear?

i’m 21 years old….i weigh 169 pounds….work out 3 x a week…but i see no changes in my weight loss.
i have stretch marks on my upper thighs, and behind my knees…and you can see cellulite…..does anyone know how to get rid of cellulite in your stomach and legs….any work outs i can do to improve this? and improve my weight loss?

Which is real?
I didn’t order acai berry yet but I called the number for the extreme acai berry and it said it does not exist.

I’m talking about male movie stars, male models, and male adult film stars. I know they spend a lot of time in the gym, but what about their diet?
Can they never eat any fatty foods or just limit the bad food they eat?
Or do they only work out a lot when they have an upcoming movie or photoshoot and just kind of let themselves go a little when they are not working?
