effects of weight loss pills on pregnancy?




i took weight loss supplements before i found out i was pregnant. one was a detox, the other a fat burner. neither had caffeine or other stimulants – mostly just concetrations of fruits, vegies and enzymes. anyone heard of effects of weight loss pills like these on a pregnancy? i stopped taking them as soon as i suspected i was prego which was about 10 DPO.

What is the best home made detox diet to try?




I want to lose some weight and i heard detox diets are a good start to kick off. I just need maybe like a laid out plan of the first week and go from there.







I’m curious if there are any insurance providers that are proactive in helping their insurers get fit and help subsidise a healthy eatting program if supported by their doctor for those who are overweight and or have health issues?

When do you start to see results for weightloss?




I got these tips from various places on the internet and have been doing them for a week:
Run every morning. I run about 1.8 km in the morning.
Drink a lot of water. I always drink a lot of water, I’ve always loved water so it’s not a problem. I drink about three of those aquafina 1 litre bottles in a weekend day and two in a week day.
Eat small healthy meals throughout the day. I eat special K for breakfast and I don’t eat lunch or supper.
Drink Green Tea- havent yet because I’m not a fan of tea… but if it works I might

when do you start to see any results, I figured with the running and the sit ups I would notice it right away.
I am 140 and 5’5 and I was told that people who are extremely overweight like I am notice fast results at first but I ahven’t yet.

So what can I do? Is the eating small healthy meals and drinking green tea something I should do too? I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of July and so far I haven’t lost even a pound and my clothes still fit the same. I just
noticed my stomach is tighter and my legs feel more muscly and I also feel more energized during the day
and sometimes it feels like my stomach is still burning (in a good way, it feels kind of neat) during the day

is this good?

I’m not sure what body type I am, between endo-, meso-, and ecto-morphs. I am 5’10" & 185 with a slim to medium build, but I could stand to lose about 15 pounds of body fat to be toned. How can I tell which body type I am, and once I do, what are the most efficient ways for specific body types to lose body fat? In my experience, it has always been easier for me to lose fat through free weights, push-ups, etc, rather than cardio. I could do 15 min of free weights and lose the same amount as I would if I walked 4 miles. Maybe that means I’m at least in part a mesomorph…?

I obviously can’t take Hydroxycut, but I want to know what diet pills you have used and saw success. I’ve tried those Hoodia pills, the green capsules that come in the gold box, but those were a joke. I used to use a kind from Twin Lab that gave me great energy and suppresed my appetite, but made my shaky. I wanted to try something new that has worked for other people. Any diet pill suggestions? (that arent’ too expensive)

I am running, 6 times a week , lifting 3 times a week, and i am eating 2000 cals a day 50% carbs 20 % fat and 30 % protein ( i wiegh 250lb) I am wondering what i a good fat burner to take. ( somehing like a powder that can help me burn fat
