I have been trying to lose 30 pounds. I workout 5 days a weeks and walk about 2 miles per day. My personal trainer has told me to lose weight I should eat 5 small meals per day instead of losing the weight I have gained 10 pounds. I do them everyday to the point of exhaustion but my abs are never sore in the following days. Does this mean I am not doing them right and will not get results?
I understand that you have to eat right and exercise as well – but are there any diet pills that work well enough that they will help you lose more weight than with ONLY diet and exercise?
I am 5’9” 150 pounds and about 11.8% body fat. I am wondering what is a healthy range for males and also how low does the percentage have to be to start seeing abs.
