How do i get rid of love handles and belly fat?
I am a really fit and healthy person as i do lots of sport and dance and i eat healthy, but i just can’t seem to get rid of my love handles and belly fat, any tips? or reasons why this is so?

Okay, so I’m 14 and I really want 6 pack abs (or close) as fast as I can get ‘em. I’m not overweight but not super skinny and I want to feel as comfy as possible in a bikini this summer. I’ve been doing 200 crunches and 50 leg-lifts every afternoon for the past 3 days and can see my abs taking shape slightly but I want to know if there’s anything I can do to speed this up. Im 13 and I want to start doing workouts for kicking. What muscles should i workout to help my kicking?
All the places I’ve looked says to them for 2 weeks, but not how often to go on one. I’m assuming its something that is best done every few months or so, to ensure your system is clean, instead of once in a lifetime. So, how often is it recomended to do one?
I’m not doing this to lose weight- detox diet cleanse your system, and after the first few days, you’ll start to have improved concentration and stuff. I’m about to start school in two weeks, and want my mind to be as clear as possible, and my body to be as clean and healthy as possible.
Also, its not stuff to pay for. It’s just completely cutting out caffiene and sugars for two weeks, drinking lots of water, and eating lots of grains, fruits, and veggies.

It is like she is going back to being a kitten herself. She’s making growling noises, begging for food when we are eating, waiting for the children to drop food when at dinner table. She is also eating the kitten food, drinks their milk and she turns her nose up at her own food. Her stomach has also been a bit off. Is this because she is eating kitten food or something else? Sometimes when we walk past her she tends to hiss especially when food is dropped on the floor. What should we do? Thanks for any advice.
