After using a weight loss program does it make it harder to keep the weight off?

I know that the programs (Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers) can work but does anyone have an experience to share on what happened to their weight after they quit the program?

Hi
From what I hear of these programs they do offer weight loss maintenance programs – so they actually teach the methods and strategies to use to keep the weight off.
I have never tried either – but I guess you get out of it what you put in. but as i said they both have mantenance programs once you have reached your goal weight that will give you the necessary methods to keep the weight off.
Hope this helps.
You need a good fitness program to maintain or even improve your weight loss. My trainer Coach A can help you, he does not charge anything for helping. Go check out his blog at http://coachtu.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/… you will not regret it. Write him he will answer you back.
A good weight loss program should teach you new healthy habits and behaviors that will help you lose the weight and keep it off for good. You should never think of it as a “diet”, rather as a healthy way of life. Until you adopt this mentality, you will continue to ride the yo-yo diet train forever. That’s why programs that ask you to take magic pills, count points or buy boxed meals don’t work in the long run because this isn’t a behavior you want to continue forever. Instead you need a real program designed for real people that takes into account your lifestyle, needs and personal preferences. The more tailored the program is the more success you will have.
Check out the Sensei for Weight Loss program (www.sensei.com), they have a 2 week free trial and are offering a 25% discount right now. Sensei fits into your life (not the other way around) by taking into consideration your food preferences, how you like to prepare your meals, whether you like to eat out or cook at home…and more. Plus, you can make quick changes to meals and foods whenever your schedule changes last minute. There’s a weekly shopping list and menus to help you plan ahead too. There’s even a budget friendly option to help you spend less on groceries!
