Any ideas on a diet plan for a malnourished underweight child?

I am taking a nutrition class and I have to come up with a one day diet plan for a 10 year old girl whose parents had confined her to a closet and greatly restricted the dietary intake for approximately 2 years. Her height and weight are much less than expected for a 10 year old child. Also I have to explain why I chose the number of calories and food types. Anybody got any ideas.

i would say whole milk is very healthy and has calcium, green vegetables, beans for protein, apples, bananas, grapes, oranges are all healthy and have vitamins.
theirs a can drink called pedia sure it would probably open her appetite also you might put a little slim fast meal in a glass of milk i’m not an expert so i don’t know but i think the pedia sure will definitiely work my daughter had a problem eating of course not due to the terrible circumstances of this girl but it stopped her from being picky and she ate more and i would stay away from sugar even if thats all she’ll eat because if you don’t give her sugar she’ll get hungry for the rite foods Godbless you both.
Honestly, its better you consult a specialist to find out what’s best for you. I really want to help but I don’t think I can give better answers than specialist do. Sorry.
good luck
