Anyone please help that knows about weight loss?
I just need to loose weight on a constant basis. Like a pound or 2 a week.I drink somewhat alot of water. Once in awhile ill have a soda, Which i don’t plan on having soda anymore cause i know there very fattening. I’m a chocoholic (i cant help but have chocolate at least once a day). I’m just wondering if anyone can help me as much as possible? I am a picky eater. so its hard to find healthy foods i can actually enjoy eating. I heard about a cleansing diet juice called "Hollywood diet"? I was wondering if i should start with that? I know that it wont keep the weight off, but it would be a good way to detox. Ive tried different diet pills and learned they don’t work, if anyone knows one that does please let me know? I just need something that i can do to start loosing this weight? Its hard for me to workout cause i smoke cigs and they make me lazy (yes i know there bad for me) and also i work long hours everyday so its hard to get some time to work out? So anyone have any tips, ideas, anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Oh also if anyone knows good workouts that i can try at home inside that would be nice. I’m not really into the workout videos.

Chocolate once a day… you’d have to quit that, and cigarettes are going to make it harder for you to work out, you’ll get tired way easier, it’d be a really good idea to try to stop =) maybe during your lunch break, if it’s nice weather outside, eat luch on a quick walk, if that’s possible? Running is a really great way to lose weight, it’d be a lot harder if you’re not in shape, but once you get in shape it’s great! =)
first u got to put something to remeinded u tat u want to lose weigth then excersize any minute u have even to the store.Eat healthy
eat healthy, like vegetables, fruits, meat (not alot), drink plenty of water (increases metabolism). keep away from fatty foods, and foods that contain alot of energy/kilajoules, becoz if u dont use up that energy it turns to fat..so consume enough energy from ur food that u can use..it alot of energy containd foods in morning so u can u can use da energy at day, dont eat at night. since u like chocolate, eat a reasonable amount in morning, maybe like half a full snikers bar, dont eat chocloate at night
Check with you doctor on your overall fitness.
I, too, am a chocaholic. I eat dark chocalate now (70% cacao) but I only eat 2 small pieces at the most. Usually, when you are craving too much sweets, you will need to increase your protein intake. If you smoke, you can minimize and eventually stop smoking- but that is your choice.
Weight loss is simple not easy. You have to alter your lifestyle choices.
As always, diet and exercise are the key.
As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.
Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. Try some of the powerlifts such as squats and deadlifts. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great. You mentioned about not having time. Try circuit training at first.
By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.
This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly. Fad diets are short-term fixes at best.
Good Luck.

Don’t waste money on any detox scam. Detox is a myth. Your liver detoxes your body for free. It won’t help.
Unfortunately, the only way to lose weight is to eat healthily and exercise more. Unless you can afford liposuction. As a picky eater, you need to discipline yourself into eating proper healthy food, whether you like it or not. Maybe you have learnt bad food habits and just convinced yourself you don’t like certain foods. You need to eat more vegetables, slow acting carbs, and low fat protein. As for the chocolate, it’s addictive. That’s mostly because of all the sugar, which acts on your body like a drug. It gives you a temporary boost, which wears off quickly, leaving you feeling worse and craving more sugar. The more you eat, the more you want. Like taking crack. So switch to a good quality chocolate with 70% cocoa and only eat one or two squares. It’s kind of an acquired taste if you’ve got addicted to sugar, but eventually you get used to it and then you will prefer it. If you’re not regularly giving yourself a sugar high, it’ll be a lot easier to lose weight.
As for exercise, you have to make time and force yourself to do it. Not having enough time isn’t a good excuse – you have as many hours in the day as anyone else does! So take every opportunity to burn a few calories. Walk to work, get off the bus one or two stops earlier, take the stairs instead of the lift, do bicep curls holding hand weights or cans of beans while you’re waiting for the kettle to boil, clench the muscles in your tummy and butt while you’re at your desk. And get an exercise bike to ride at home while you watch TV. It’ll help.
It’s a slow process, but if you can be patient and stick with it, it’ll work.
How does smoking make you lazy though? Nicotine is a stimulant! Walk on the spot while you’re having a cigarette break…
