I am curious about this. I know you can do certain workouts to develop the more V shaped upper body, but at what body fat % do your love handles taper off, and go straight down? Thanks.
lol @ everyone giving me workout advice. I don’t need your advice, everyone and their mother as a "special way" to lose weight. I got what works for me. Just trying to figure out the time frame I’ll be with less prominent love handles.
