How many crunches do I have to do to achieve flat abs?

i wanna know sets of how much and which will actually help me keep my stomach flat because i always do about 30-50 crunches every night or about 100 sit ups everyday and they only stay flat in the morning.

well im 16 and i was wondering when doing ab exercises, will flexing your abs while doing the exercises give you flatter abs?? or does it matter if i not flex them and just worry about doing the exercise, cuase they say if you do flex, you’ll get flatter abs.. please help and any other techniques would be greatly appreciated
I am already thin and I don’t really have any excess fat on my belly, but I do not have any muscle definition in my abs. I was just wondering which exercises would be best to make my abs look toned, but not overly muscular like a six pack.
Even if you have fat over your abs wont the muscles from your abs eventually burn away the fat IF your dieting?
Is there anything I can possibly do to keep my abs as flat as possible while trying to gain weight? I got the nutrition down.. (no bad fats or bad carbs, or sugars, etc) But are there any exercises anyone can recommend?
I should probably also include that my body fat % is at 6%, and needs to go up. Which I’m okay with so long as its anywhere but my abs. (Preferably in my boobs HAH)

My problem area is my stomach, no matter how many crunchies i do, I can’t get it flat enough or get rid of my love handels. Also i can’t get defined arms. I have big hips and thick thighs, and i wouldn’t like to lose that, but I don’t have a big booty. Does anyone out there know how to solve my problem without surgery?
I play basketball for 1 hour and do weights for 30min 5 days a week. I eat healthy foods, excluding the occasional fried chicken and cake. My abs and chest area is fine, except for my lower abs. I can’t do crunches or situps because of my back, but I want to improve that area. Any diet tips or workout suggestions?
