plz help me iim 16 and 5"7 and today i weight 10 st 1.5 lbs
i would like to get to 9 stone within 5 weeks any tips i am willing to do anythin – i have dumb bells, skipping rope, crosstrainer, sit up mat, i have a dog
i really want to lose weight as my prom is at the end of june and i would like to get a dress but eventually i want to be 8 stone does anyone have any good tips
i don’t want to diet i am going to eat healthy and nomt bad foods and ill drink water all the time but i need some good exercises to help me lose weight and tone up at the same time
also have a yoga class available at my school for 1 lunch time per week for 40 mins which im going to go on thursday from now on xx thanx in advance

Hey. I am wondering what the best full body workout is to get bigger and stronger. I would prefer if it was a 3 day workout, but it doesn’t have to be. Please include reps and sets, and workouts for each day. Also, what would be the best 3 supplements to take, and when should I take them. Thanks, and feel free to leave any other helpful information!

I’m a 16 yr old girl and 175cm tall (5’9).
I’m a slightly broad build because I did a lot of swimming and gymnastics when i was younger (apparently that contributes to having broad shoulders.)
But yeah what do you think my ideal weight range should be?

I always see a bunch but never know which are good. Or the prob is that it looks free and then after some survey you take, they charge you to find out results and subscribe to their weight loss plan.
So are there any gimmick free sites that aid in weight loss and that have good reviews?

breakfast – sultana bran and yoghurt
lunch – healthy banana smoothie
Snacks- fruit
Tea- meat vegetables and salad.
(Weekends i will have salad sandwich for lunch)
During the day i will also be doing yoga and aerobics,
swimming somedays and beep test once a week.
I need to get rid of lower back and love handles before
April!! (It is now December)

I am reading online that this "Acai Berry" will help protect from heart attacks and other problems, make you lose weight and feel great without changing a thing.

hi, im a freshman in high school, and i am about 130 lbs and i want to lose about 20 pounds…I don’t play any sports and dont have time to exercise. So, im planning to just skip either lunch or dinner everyday…do you think by doing this i could lose at least 2 pounds per week?

I am 5’4 and I weigh 156 pounds. I know I need to lose weight what should my ideal weight be? Most of it is on my stomach too. Thats the only place Im really conscious of oh and my arms. How can I lose it quick without going to the gym cause I have no money?

Ok heres the thing. i would give you a quick question but you need the whole story. im 16, 6’1 and 175 pounds last time i checked (2 days ago). all my life ive been kinda overweight. i moved four years ago to a new town and along with it cam new friends. the thing is all my friends are super ripped. im talking super abs and good looks. so ive always been the "fat" one. i know im not "fat" in the traditional sence but i do feel fat all the time. ive been playing football for a few years and ive recently started ballet and yoga. the thing is i dont really like my life too much. i dont get the girls i want and im kinda a joke if you know what i mean. im not depressed or anything i just dont like whats going on in my life. it could be better. so recently ive started eating well and taking theses abbs+ pills. ive lost 25 pounds in 2ish months. but recently i havent been able to work out soo much. so i need some tips to loose weight and feel beter about myself allround. i want ripped abbs
