What exactly is this lemonade detox diet?




i’ve been reading up on it but i can’t quite figure it out. If i could get an explanation on it that’d be great. thanks guys.

I’m not fat or anything, but I can get a bit more thinner.

How do I stop eating so much food? Whenever I’m home, I just shove everything I have in my mouth and get super full..and then feel guilty about it.

I’m not even hungry when I eat! But I can’t stop thinking about when I’m going to eat! its getting out of controll

I overeat till I am stuffed all day, but it is things like vegetable stew with sea vegetables and cabbage and a few lentils, and mixed leaves with peas, and a few brown rice noodles, if one keeps on eating the the cooked veg and salad till over full how is this bad for you?

If you go on it for 2 weeks.
Eating just fruit.
I realize you CAN loose up to 10 pounds.
But will you definitely loose that much?

well i’ve been thinking about going on the lemon detox diet….but i’ve been wondering what really happens when you go on it. like what comes out of you? how does it really make you feel? what does it really taste like? and how hard is it to stay on?

she went into the cabinet and somehow got a hold of adult dog food. i normally feed her iams puppy food. she got a hold of the bigger bits, and without my knowing apparently ate so much her belly looks as though she swallowed a cat. she is breathing kind of weird and is inactive.

Im planning on drinking only water for the next 5 days and working out for about an hour everyday. My workouts consist of only cardio. I usually just run a few miles and then stop. But at school my friends will think im starving myself so could a salad with lowfat dressing and a bottle of water be an exception when I eat lunch?

What can I do to help with my overeating?




when i get home from school for about an hour i eat sooo much and im not even really that hungry. its really been hurting my self-esteem. i tell myself im not going to, but then i do.
what should i do?

I am concerned that working out too hard with so little calories could be dangerous.

I won’t deny it. I love to eat. But sometimes I catch myself unconciously doing it. I try to make myself stop, but I can’t. I am not overweight or anything, but I am so scared of the health effects that this could have. Could anybody suggest some tips for helping with this? Thanks
I do eat a lot in a short period of time. I find myself eating just for the sake of eating. I just want to stop!

How often should you do a detox diet?




All the places I’ve looked says to them for 2 weeks, but not how often to go on one. I’m assuming its something that is best done every few months or so, to ensure your system is clean, instead of once in a lifetime. So, how often is it recomended to do one?
I’m not doing this to lose weight- detox diet cleanse your system, and after the first few days, you’ll start to have improved concentration and stuff. I’m about to start school in two weeks, and want my mind to be as clear as possible, and my body to be as clean and healthy as possible.
Also, its not stuff to pay for. It’s just completely cutting out caffiene and sugars for two weeks, drinking lots of water, and eating lots of grains, fruits, and veggies.

I don’t know how to stop this. I can do pretty well during the day, but when late afternoon comes, and into the evening, as soon as I put any kind of food into my mouth, I usually don’t stop, until I feel full. Then a few hours later, the same thing. Can anyone tell me why I do this? And what I can do to stop doing it?

What is the best detox diet around?




I want to be healthy! And start fresh and clean. So what is a great detox diet to clean out my system? I heard that the way to clean out your body, and lose some fat, but not lose any muscle, is to eat raw foods only, as in only fruit and veggies, and also a scoop of protein powder in water a day. That is to keep your muscle intact. Has anybody tried this? Thanks!

There are people who can drink and not be addicted. There are people who can eat the wrong foods once and a while but not all the time. Then there are people who want nothing more than to stop drinking or stop eating the wrong foods, but fail at every attempt even though their very lives are affected in horrendous ways by it, whether they are too drunk to play with their kids or too fat to run around with them. Do you think food addiction is as real as alcoholism? I know I am opening up an opportunity for some mean spirited answers, but I don’t care. I want to know what the general public thinks, and why nothing more is done for it.
