Is there anyone who tried a diet program and it was successful?
I am trying to lose atleast 30lbs of pregnancy weight. With a newborn in the house it is just so hard to find the time to excercise regularly as I used to. Any tip would help.

I’m a 13 year old girl, and i want to loose weight fast. I recently asked, how to loose weight fast, and they gave me the answer: Fat X 12 fat burning workout and diet program. It’s a 12 day workout and diet plan you can cycle as many times a you want. During the day, what am i supposed to eat?
I am out of work for the summer and have plenty of time for an intense workout schedule.
So far this is my plan:
Eat small meals throughout the day
Whole wheat bread as my main supply of carbs
Fish as my main supply of protien
Plenty of fruit and veggies
Good breakfast
Very few fried foods, sweets and fatty foods.
Jog and walk for an hour with plenty of push ups and crunches.
I’ve always wanted to diet, because I’ve never really been the skinniest. I used to get teased in 1st grade because of it, too. So I really want a good diet program to stick to and not just go on a diet for one day and then wear one of those really tight belts to make you look skinnier. I’m 10 and I know weight fluctuates throughout the day, but I want to keep my weight under 100.0. I weigh 128.8 right now. I want to eat, but not stuff myself, or starve myself and get an eating disorder. I’ve tried Weight Watchers, but that didn’t help much. Please don’t make fun of me, I’ve been eating salads a lot, and vegetables, and I also exercise, like on a bike and running. I’ve heard drinking water before a meal makes you more full so you don’t eat as much, and I’ve been doing that. Please someone answer!!!
I know every girl worries about their weight every now and then, even the real skinny girls. (which I think is really stupid because they could get an eating disorder)

I’ve already been to the doctor once or twice, and they said to just eat natural foods. I did, and I have only lost…. nothing. Seriously, there has to be something I can do.

I would like to lose 20 lbs but also in a healthy way. I go to the gym 3-5 days a week and eat pretty healthy but nothing seems to work. I’m getting a lot more muscle but that is making it to where my jeans won’t fit so i prefer to tone out. Any suggestions?
Don’t bother with a generic answer such as "eat right and exercise".
Does it really work? And does the food taste as good as it does on the commercials? Do you have to exercise to lose the weight or does the food do all of the work?

I am not going to spend money on any diet program on tv like nutisystem. Anything but citrus because i have a cancorsore so list food i can eat plz i need ur help!!! thanks!!!

I’m 5’10" and way 190 lbs. I have started working out and a local gym and have signed up with a personal trainer, starting in a week. I have done Weight Watchers in the past, and think it is an awesome program, I am probably going to go back to doing that as well. I just want to hear from other people what they think really works. No quick fix fad diets please. I know I didn’t gain weight overnight and am not looking to lose overnight. I just want to do something that is healthy and long lasting (provided I stick with it). I really haven’t set a goal weight for myself, I just want a smaller butt, thighs, and tone the tummy.
I have tried other diet programs such as South beach and I want to switch to supplements since I have to eat a normal diet with all the food groups to regain my strength.
I have tried to work out as often and eat less but im not really dropping the weight. So I need some helpful tips and tricks to lose the weight. I am already eating cheerios and drinking orange juice so anything cheap and good would help, actually anything you have to offer
