Diet pills and weight loss programs?

I was on the bernstein diet for the last year on and off and have lost about 25 pounds on that…. i’d still like to lose another 30 pounds or so… but the bernstein diet is a very pricey one and hard to follow..
I was wondering if anyone had any advice on diet pills or weight loss programs that have worked well for you??

I am on one now. It is called "Eat less and Exercise More". I lose 1.5-2 lbs. per wek.
ok, cut out all junk, fast food and fried food. make sure you eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, eat fruit for snacks and never , ever go below 1500 calories a day. drink only water, and lots of it and your skin will be clear and glowing. engage in some sort of aerobics activity for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. also try this free site

keep it simple
Losing weight steadily is the best!
1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, vegies and fruits
2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks
3) drink plenty of water / green tea
4) Exercise – look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

Diet pills are a waste of money. Losing weight just comes down to math. Through a combination of diet and exercise you need to create a calorie deficit of approx 500 calories per day to lose a pound a week. If you lose any quicker you will lose muscle and ruin your metabolism. Try the magnetic diet.
