Diet Plan?

MM k. I weigh like 186 I’m about 5’3". I just started to loose weight.(oh yeah,i’m 13.) I’ve excercised but I need a good diet plan that acually tastes GOOD.lol.I don’t care for eggs,i love friuts and some veggies,like salad,not a fan of milk,like rices,and most meats.Please Help me?

You need major water, not liquid, water intake. Dude it really works, push yourself to drink water it will keep you thinking you are full and will cause you not to want to eat lots of food, eat more periodically not big meals. Good food that ain’t gross… Well see if you can get your parents to buy you meal replacements shakes, they aren’t to bad after 2 weeks of taking them you’ll be okay with them, i like chocolate. I’m not a big chocolate eater. If you eat more often you can eat less at a time, a piece of fruit, one sandwich, a chicken breast, a half cup of rice with fish on the side, meal supplement, lean pork loin pieces, Turkey burger with only katsup, i like katsup. many other things just moderation is key little bro. you got to force yourself to not to eat to much.
Eat small serving of oatmeal and an apple for breakfast
For a snack have yogurt or a piece of fruit
For lunch have a salad with walnuts and a low fat dressing and some chicken
For snack have some grains/nuts
For dinner, eat chicken with vegetables and fist-sized serving of rice
For dessert try strawberries or grapes with some walnuts and low fat whipped cream
Also, try to do 45-60 minutes of exercise 4-5 days a week
at this point in your life its not about a "diet", its about moderating what you eat and how much of it. Be conscious of what you eating but ur not doing urself a favour by counting calories
