Exerices for getting rid of flabby upper arms?

I’ve been doing some arm exercises I found in a magazine, but I’m sure they’re right. I’ve got a pair of 3 lb. dumbbells, and I’m looking for something that’s specifically for getting rid of that upper arm flab. Suggestions?

the shake weight is the one i use, i’ve not used it in a while but im going to begin using it again. you use it just 6 minutes per day & you can feel it after 30 seconds trust me haha. i usually do it 1 minute at a time, take a break and then begin again, etc etc.
also, the dumbells do work although after they begin to feel really light to you move onto heavier ones. for instance: you are using 3lb, once they feel light move onto 5lb and so on.

i know this sounds crazy but the shake weight is supposed to actually work, they rated it on good morning america along with alot of other new age home workout systems and it got a B+ they said its good to use while your sitting down watching TV and stuff
To be honest you really can’t spot reduce. Just keep doing your arm exercises and add in some cardio, try to get fit all over and soon the arms of your dreams will be yours. best of luck
