I’ve got a week off of work and I’m going to dedicate it to weight loss. (Obviously do a few things inbetween!)

I go to slimming world which is a healthy eating/weight loss club, I’ve been following the diet for 6 months now and I’ve lost 17lb, it’s easy to follow, basically healthy eating. I’m also a regular at the gym (Just not so regular as before!)

I’ve got a week off of work, to just chill. But I’m going to dedicate it to losing weight.

I’m going to follow the diet religiously and work out at my hardest at the gym…

Any tips at all? Such as workouts? Detox stuff? The maximum I’ve lost in a week is 3.5lb purely doing the diet.

Any tips or advice will be much appreciated! Thanks! (In advance!!)
