How can I get rid of my love handles and a flatter stomach?

Well, I’m 18, and i have love handles, I think they’re disgusting, and I want to get rid of them by summer time, I need real answers!

You get rid of them by diet and exercise. My wife lost 45 pounds last summer and fall following the Zone Diet and lots of vigorous exercise. The maximum recommended loss rate is about two pounds a week. More than that is unhealthy.
If you eat 500 fewer calories a day, and burn 500 calories a day more, you’ll lose two pounds a week.
