I am 5,5 about 160 I have a buff body but i am not ripped I still have alot of fat. When I went down to about 141 I was a little ripped but i felt to small I want to stay at 150 but i want to get a six pack and be cut up. Are there any particular supplements or Vitamins that will help Any tips or Advice Please. I want to have as little body fat as possible with all muscle like the rock
