How can i make a weight loss or detox drink?HELP!?

I am 128 pounds and 4 foot 10 and want to get down to 100-110 and cant exercise or diet because i give in so i looked at detox drinks on the internet but they have many ingredients i cant use. I want something i can drink when im having water. I cant use things like tea and maple syrup but anything else is fine. I will vote an answer to give you 10 points if its good.

I’d avoid those drinks too. I’ve seen them and they have a bunch of junk in them usually. I recommend the water from fresh young coconuts. You can get them at any big Asian supermarkets. Usually they are called Thai coconuts. The water has electrolytes and some vitamins and is energizing. Also you can try drinking water with psyllium seed husks (1 tsp), which are high in fiber and can help the body cleanse.
