I’m not fat or anything, but I can get a bit more thinner.
How do I stop eating so much food? Whenever I’m home, I just shove everything I have in my mouth and get super full..and then feel guilty about it.
I’m not even hungry when I eat! But I can’t stop thinking about when I’m going to eat! its getting out of controll

You’re bored. Most people eat out of boredom. List other things to do besides watching tv and eating. Read a book, take a bath, go for a walk/jog, go shopping, clean the house, etc. When you feel like snacking for no reason, do one of the things on your list instead. Not only will they distract you from eating, it’ll make your day more fun and productive as well.
stop eating
Every tI’me i feel like im going to eat unhealthy i give myself 15 minutes before i actually do it. In those 15 minutes i drink a glass of water. Usually by the 25 minutes are over i don’t want it any more. If i do then i eat until I’m comfortably full. Portion your self. Measure everything. It works, trust me.

get your wisdom teeth cut out and be under drs orders of NO solid food for 4 weeks it has worked for me im already 10 lbs lighter than i was a week and half ago
With me, I tend to get hungry easy without actually honestly being hungry. What I really want is just something in my mouth to keep it moving. So, what I do is I chew gum or ice, whatever I can get my hands on that wont have to go through my digestive system. It works for me. Try it!
this is what is known as binge eating..i have that same issue and alot of times going into behavioral modifaction therapy helps..it gives you the tools to help control the urges of eating…i was also put on welbutrin and that helped just as well…i to was out of control and there are days where i slip up and eat and its bad for me because i am a diabetic and its very dangerous for myself to do that…if you feel like youre going to go overboard from the food leave the house, drive somewhere or go for a walk..i would seek some counseling because it really does help and there’s plenty of support groups out there for women like us and you should never feel ashamed of this..and to the idiot that said stop eating, its not something you can just stop, wouldnt expect someone to understand if they are not going through this themselves..GOOD LUCK SWEETHEART..you will get through this..just think positive!! have the will and courage and trust me there’s people out there that will help you get through it..email me anytime if you would like to chat
