How do I calculate this?

I’m wondering how many calories I burn a day by just existing (if I just layed in bed all day), and can’t seem to find a reliable calculator online. This isn’t a weight-loss thing; I’m just curious. I’m 5’2" 102 lbs, if that helps.
Thanks!

How old are you?
If you are 20 years old, using the Harris-Benedict principle, your BMR is 1774 calories. It will be 4.7 calories difference for each year you are away from 20 (i.e. if you are 18, you need 1765 instead, if you are 22, you need 1783 instead).
"Your BMR is the amount of energy your body needs to function. We use about 60% of the calories we consume each day for basic bodily functions such as breathing."
Hope this helps!

I hope I have helped.
This should help. It’s a BMR calculator
its called the BMR
to calculate this i need your age, below is the formula or you can just go on the link provided
BMR= 655 + ( 9.6 X weight in KG) + (1.8 X height in CM) – (4.7 X age in years)
also if you wanted to look at the calories needed when exercising then its called the harris benedict theory this could be done for any level of activity.
hope i helped
