It sounds like your clothes might be a little too small. I would move up a size. Having love handles doesn’t mean you’re fat– it means you are a little unsure of how to dress for your body. The skinniest person would have love handles if her pants were too small!
So find clothes that help to compliment your curves rather than making them much more noticable!
try somotrim cream to get rid off those un wanted love handles and the belly fat. http://somotrim.com
As women our ft just seems to cling there. It bugs me too. But there are no real excerisces you can do to target our trouble zones. I would do some crunches.
Some ppl just generally cannnot get rid of love handles, it could just be the shape of your body because i know somebody who is a size 0 and she still has love handles, before i seen it i couldn’t beleive it but she has!
Best thing to do do too loose weight is cardio
Like running , jogging etc…get your whole body moving and sweat it off
Sounds like youve already tried all that though, so im not sure what to suggest
Situps and crunches dont loose weight off your stomach…its still exercise obviously , and will benefit you ..but no more than other exercises
Situps and crunches just work muscles , You see guys with six pacs and the situps are what make the abs stand out…it builds those muscles
If those guys had just 0.5cm of fat on their belly it would cover those abs and it wouldnt look like they had a 6pac
There arent really any exercises to loose weight or fat in one place it has to be all over
My girlfriend wants to loose weight , but doesnt want to loose her boobs..but its not possible , if you loose weight you loose it everywhere

Guy whos’ in very good shape with love handles
To tone up you need to start a weight training program. Weights are your best friend when it comes to reshaping your body.
Take a look at the fitness models on the cover of magazines like Shape, Oxygen, Fitness Rx. They look healthy and perfectly toned. You can only get that look if you workout with weights.
Really, you need to combine cardio with weight lifting. But since you’re already dancing and practicing sports, I would just focus on weight training for now. Four times a week of strength training is all you need (no more than 45 minutes each session).

Good luck!
