How do I make myself start going back to the gym?

I have had a gym membership for 3 years. I used to love going to the gym to work out. I used to work out 3-5 times per week. Ever since I started my current job (I work 8-6:30 4 days per week). I never feel like going to the gym. How do I get the energy to make myself go again. I really need to lose some weight.

I’d suggest getting up an hour or two earlier than you do to go to work, and working out. You’ll be more energized when it’s time to go to work. Or, if you’re not a morning person, make it a habit to stop at the gym after work. Or, you only work 4 days a week, so the other 3 days, go to the gym. You’ll find the time.

I think you should set clothes out close to clothes that you wear that don’t fit you any longer. That way it will make you want to lose weight to fit in them. Also you can put post it’s all over saying things like go to the gym, or your goal weight, they are taking my money and im not exercising or just things like that, things that you hear knowing it will make you want to go. Hope I helped some, I should take my own advice, and well exercise at home cause I don’t have a membership.
