How do you get bigger chest for gym workout?
I’m trying to get bigger a chest. I’ve been working out for almost 5 years now, but I can never get my chest bigger than I want. I’m a hard gainer. So I need to do heavy sets with low reps. But I would like to know how much chest workout I should do each week? I’m planning to workout on my chest 4 days a week. Is that too much? An well thoughtout advice would help alot. And please, no rude or irrelevent comments. This is only for serious gym rats. Thanks!!!

damn dawg, 4 days will be way to much. 2 times a week at the most. i would do a bunch of different exercises of chest during those days.
