i wanna know sets of how much and which will actually help me keep my stomach flat because i always do about 30-50 crunches every night or about 100 sit ups everyday and they only stay flat in the morning.

You cannot spot reduce if there’s any fat there– if so, I’d suggest doing cardio instead. At the same time, assuming that’s not the case, it might have to do with one of several things:
1) You’re not drinking enough water (drinking too little water can make you bloated)
2) Situps are a POOR exercise (increase your crunches, preferably the bicycle or jack knife)
3) You’re not giving your body any rest (it needs time to heal its muscles– give it a day off!)
3 sets of 20 crunches everyday.
if u have a machine, add the weight every set.
it takes time to form abs but if u keep up tue routine ull have a flat stomach in no time
I used to hate rigorous exercises but I was also so sick with my big pot belly. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before… I am now in love with regular exercises so much, as keeping my hard-rock flat stomach always makes me feeling so great!

Do not expect the result over night.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
it is unnecessary to do so many crunches at time. 12 minutes of intensive abs exercises is enough for a day.
secondly, stomach muscles need time to improve so u should exercise your abs ideally, 3 times a week not everyday. cheers
Endless crunches are not the way to get a flat stomach.
The reality is, in order to see your abs, you need to lower your bodyfat %. All the crunches in the world will not cause your body to burn the fat on your stomach. Your body simply doesn’t work that way.
You’ll get much better results and see your abs quicker if you follow a comprehensive fitness program that focuses on working your whole body, building muscle, and burning fat.
Three to check out would be Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle by Tom Venuto, The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary, or Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne. You can find a write up on each of them here:

Any of them would be a much better use of your than doing endless sets of crunches.
Hope that helps,
