How to get from a fat tummy to flat abs?

I am about 5’3, 146 lbs, small framed. What would be an adequate game-plan to achieve abs?

You can only get a flat stomach with a sensible diet and exercise. Do weight resistance exercise to boost your metabolism and burn fat. Do high intensity cardio to burn fat.

You should also try to strengthen your TVA muscles. A lot of people also have weak TVA muscles. These are the muscles that hold the contents of your abdominals firmly in place. Strengthen your TVA muscles to tighten your waist. The best way to see abs is to lose the body fat on top of them. Many people do millions of crunches and think that their abs will magically appear… you need to do 30-60 minutes of good cardio most days of the week to flatten your stomach, plus do a variety of ab exercises a few days a week to strengthen those muscles. If they are being worked properly, then you will begin to see their definition when you lose the fat on your mid-section. Hope this helped!
Getting a flat stomach achieved through MOSTLY dieting not exercising. Exercising helps to an extent but most comes from low calorie diets.
