I need to drop about 50 pounds but I just can’t seem to. I only eat once a day (lunch or dinner) but I do gorge a lot so I seem to gain more weight everyday.

I am so undecliplined that I eat pretty much whatever.

So am I the type that needs structure and a program to tell me when to eat and what to eat to lose weight?

I do run 3 times a week but doesn’t help.
