Hi. I’m a 5’7 woman. I weigh 140 and I really don’t like how I look. My goal is to get down to around 130 pounds. Do you think that losing ten pounds will show a difference? Also, for about a week and a half now, I’ve been doing leg exercises on my Easy Shaper and a couple stretches. I don’t know if it’s just me, but my thighs seem bigger. Is it possible to notice a difference in a week and a half? I really don’t want my thighs bigger. I really just want to get smaller. Has anyone out there gone on a diet that really works and have been able to keep the weight off. Any tips you’d like to share? Thanks for any answers.
