I’m trying to lose weight for my date I want to lose about 20 to 40 pds the date is next month is their a safe way and fast way of losing weight for my dilemma help me please

yes you can loose 20 pound in a month if you will follow my instructions.
MORNING: 250ml protein shake + 2 tables of fiber + 1 multi vitamins tablet + drink 200ml water
LUNCH: eat anything you want + take 2 tables of fiber + drink green tea or 200ml water
DINNER: 250ml protein shake + 2 tables of fiber + drink 200ml water.
DO this for a month you will loose 10 – 20 pounds if you do it with excersise you can loose as much as 30 – 40 pounds.
Back then I was 144pounds after 2 months with out excercise I was 120pounds and yes I am healthy with a flat tummy.
get a membership at a gym. Spend 2 hours there every day!
what about starting walking and then developing you stamina in jogging
There is no way to lose 40lbs in one month in a safe way. A safe weight to lose is 1-2 lbs a week. Depending on your starting weight and your eating habits you can possibly loss some more weight your first week because of changing your habits.
First thing you want to do it cut your calories. Go to Calorie-count.com. This site will tell you exactly what your calorie intake should be. It also allows you to track your daily calorie consumption right on the site. So this way you can see on paper what it is your are eating.
Second this is exercise! A good balanced diet and exercise will help to lose and keep of the weight. Start off slow. If you push yourself to hard to fast then you will just burn yourself out and possibly get upset when you don’t see immediate results. Give it time. All good things take time!
Lastly, do not change yourself for anyone! This guy obviously asked you out on a date because he likes you the way you are. Remember that!
