Losing Weight?
I’m 17 and 210 lbs. and I have tried everything to lose weight every way possible but I just keep running back to the yum yums (food…lol), I started using Dance Dance Revolution this week because I heard it helps with losing weight and I also started to drink green tea with honey, but the cravings don’t stop. Someone please help me overcome the yum yum cravings? I’m heading off to college soon so I really need help trying to avoid the Freshman 15.

You need to fight the cravings. Although it feels good eating the junky foods when you eat them, think about how horrible you’ll feel after.
You can only blame yourself if you keep eating bad foods.
Instead of running back to the ‘yum yums’, run around the block, twice!

you could try not to have any sweets laying around the house in the open because it might make you want them more, so try not to buy those also you could try running, walking, biking, or anything of that sort alos eat more filling foods that are healthy
Eat healthy and exercise, if you cant motivate yourself to do it then your gonna be fat end of story.
