Megan foxhas super flat abs how does she do it?

im much skinnier than her and my abs are not that flat, my arms and legs are alot thinner than hers though. i love her tummy!!
I’m a marathon runner so pretty sure i work out more than that girl, but i just dont do much core work, any advice?

I know Kelly Rowland used to do 600 situps a day. I think doing situps is pretty much the only sure-fire way to get great abs. Try doing 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening and build it up from there.
