tell me everything you know about nutrition….you know like carbs, protein, fats, vitamins, calories, sugar, starch, etc….
i’m writing an essay and i have alot of stuff but i wanna check and make sure im not missing anything.

carbs are energy sources and fill you more then fats
calories are a measurement of energy and extra calories are stored as fat for later use
fats are essential in keeping the body up and running, without enough fats, your body begins to shut down. fats are also insulation and keep the body warm
sugars are also energy, people shouldnt have more then about 30 grams of sugar a day
vitamins are essential in keeping the body strong, the bones durable and give the body iron and regulate digestion
starches are to my understanding, pure carbs
protein builds muscle
