Overeating is bad for your health, is it still toxic to eat too much if it is de-tox food?

I overeat till I am stuffed all day, but it is things like vegetable stew with sea vegetables and cabbage and a few lentils, and mixed leaves with peas, and a few brown rice noodles, if one keeps on eating the the cooked veg and salad till over full how is this bad for you?

Overeating is bad for you for a few reasons, but it seems like you may inadvertently be mixing two over-generalizations. When you overeat a variety of foods, the food pushes against your stomach which can expand/stretch the stomach over time, which will require more food to feel "full"… the more you eat, the more calories you intake, the more you gain weight. Depending on the foods, it may use up all your stomach acid available, which can prevent some of the foods from being digested properly, which can contribute to gas, diarrhea, and other digestive upsets.
It’s not specifically "toxic" unless you overdose on any specific nutrient (eg. too much Iron).
As far as the foods you’ve eaten, there is a lot of fiber with all of that, but insoluble fiber doesn’t really use up stomach acid and just passes through your system. If you stuffed yourself all day, you may have the issues of expanding your stomach over time (if you do it on a regular basis), but once or twice shouldn’t cause too much of a problem.
Good luck and I hope I helped!
Regardless of all that, if you don’t eat a lot of the fibrous foods like this on a regular basis, you should be near a bathroom for the next day or two, but that would be your only real concern.
