Question about reducing calories?

ok i did this calorie calculator online and it said i eat about 2500 calories a day and that i should eat 1800 calories a day for rapid weight loss. my question is if i eat only 1500 calories and and workout how much weight can i lose in 3 weeks.

well 1 pound = 3500 calories
if youre cutting 1000 calories a day, you’ll lose a pound in 3-4 days.
so about 2lbs a week which is healthy!
Assuming you’re not changing your activity level, it should be safe to go to 1500. But, I wouldn’t go any lower then that. If you eat too much less then your body needs, your body starts to hold onto the fat and makes it harder rather then easier to loose.
