im sixteen about to turn seventeen, and i am overweight, way overweight, for my build. i weigh almost 180 lbs. and im only 5′3". mind you i do have a lot of muscle, i used to be in softball, volleyball, when i was in elementry school i did track and cross country, and i do colorguard, well, after freshman year i went into highschool and did volleyball and i lost weight fast, and looked really good, but then i had a blow out with the coach, and long story short my mom made me quit the team. then softball season turns around and i broke my leg, and i couldnt exercise, because i was in a cast! needless to say, i did gain excessive weight, and i stopped playing volleyball, and i didnt make the team for softball, so my required workouts wernt availible & i was too lazy to work out on my own. now im overweight and unhappy plz tell me the best known diets & exercise ways to loose weight FAST its getting to where the weight is effecting my health plz let me know ways to shed the pounds quick!

Im a 13 year old girl & i wanted to know a weekly routine and diet on how to get abs. I do sit ups every night but it doesn’t really help. Please help!
Whenever I workout at the gym on the elliptical machine for 20-30 minutes plus the stationary bike for 20-30 minutes, I get so tired that I need to take a nap in the afternoon & feel lethargic for a few days after I workout. How can I not overeat & still keep my energy through the day. Any suggestions with workout habits or eating habits? Thanks.
I’m a girl, 5′7, I run quite a bit and I just joined a gym, but I don’t know what to use. There’s all the equipment and also tons of weight machines for legs, abs, & arms. The machines all say what part of your body it helps but I’m afraid using them won’t tone them and just add muscle. How do I get a toned, slender body?

I have done their First Cleanse before with good results.
My question is this- does detoxing herbally help jump start weight loss? The lady who sold it to me says that it helps with food and sugar cravings. I am a sugar a holic!!

I go to the gym regularly, and like using the elliptical trainer, but it seems to make my bottom & thigh muscles bulkier and thicker. What’s the best machine for creating thin thighs and a smaller bottom? I’m medium sized–5′4", wear pants size 8, jean size 10.
Please, please no mean comments about losing weight. I come from a family of heavy people who are always sick. I’ve worked very hard not to follow the ‘tradition’ of being overweight, sedentary and sickly.
