I am a teenage girl trying to strengthen my legs, develop abs, and workout my glut(butt)
I am thinking about mainly doing cardio for my legs and butt. What is an effective workout i can do in the gym with exercise equipment? Thanks! =]
Also, i don’t want to really loose weight i want to gain muscle.

I just started doing Yoga consistently 3 times a week for a couple weeks now and I LOVE IT!!!! I have lost about 18 lbs through exercise and eating healthy, but I’m wondering if I can cut back on the strenuous and high impact cardio, and simply maintain the weight loss by doing yoga (my passion). Anyone speaking from experience?

I have been exercising for about two years. For some reason I just can’ t get that flat stomach. I usually do 30 minutes of cardio about 130 sit ups and crunches some lifting dumb bells. I’m 5′1 and i’m110 any advice thanks.

I workout 5-6 days a week and I like to get a well rounded workout, however my workouts are lasting close to 3 hours. I just don’t have the time anymore to dedicate that much time, so I am looking for a good breakdown where I can get a solid 60- 90 minute workout in and still get a good cardio and weightlifting combo in. Anyone have a solid routine that seems to work well for them?

I work out at least 20 minutes a day. i do ten minutes of cardio, i do lunges and leg lifts and a bunch of other stuff and i also drink only water and watch what i eat. But i really want flat lower abs and a way to tone my thighs.

I have begun to take Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. Should I team it up with Twinlab Ripped Fuel Extreme Fat Burner to get leaner muscle? Also, should I do alot of cardio with these supplements?

Ok i know theres a lot of questions like this, but i wanted to know for myself. What is truly the fastest way to get 6pack abs? I started working out for about 3 weeks now i go to the gym everyday, do cardio and workout, drink muscle milk, dont drink sodas no more, somewhat started eating better. Please let me know whats the fastest way to get abs, nd also if you can how long it will take :D. K, guys thnx alot

I’m trying to get rid of at least 25 lbs by September 1. I do some weights & minimum 60 minutes of cardio at least 5 days a week, and I try not to consume more than 1600 calories a day- usually like 1200.

I’m skinny but when i seat down you can see my belly, it’s nasty cuz i’m skinny. so i wanna get rid of the fat and get flat abs! I’ve been staying in the gym and doing cardio and some sit-ups. but i don’t think it’s working! How many sit-ups a day or a week do i need to do?
