I’ve looked into the lemon detox and it can apparently make you feel run down and gain wait after it is complete.
I can deal with only drinking liquid i can manage fasting.
Also i am bad with sticking to a diet unless it tells you what to eat and when, like a good guideline roster.
Thanks
I dont really care if they are a scam thats not the question i asked is it?

i hear that you lose a lot of weight during the detox.
but once you are finished it all comes back.
what can you do to prevent this?
i know it slows down your metabolism.
so once youre finished the detox, what are some ways that you can speed youre metabolism back up?
also what foods should i start off with so i do not gain the weight back?

exceptions include… chillie, soup, canned beans, soya milk and whole wheat cereal, whole wheat bread, oats, salad and pasta salad. All these stuffs and fruits that may or may not be organically grown.
If i go on a non organic detox, does it totally kill the purpose of the detox? What benefits would i achieve if any?

Trying to cut out sugars, processed stuff, wheat, etc. for a few days because i’ve been feeling gross and achy. Realize it would be helpful to cut back on smoking cigarettes and shisha but don’t really feel like it. How much less intense would my detox be if I didn’t? Also, what about marijuana? – would that have a negative effect on the diet as well or does it not really matter?

Does anyone know where I can buy quality acai berry detox pills that don’t have to be ordered online, or know of any sites that accept check or debit card payments? thanks for any info you can provide.

My daughter of 15 wants to do a detox, so i bought my daughter the Acai Berry Cleansing Juice, it says "Dietary Supplement" But i don’t know if it helps you lose weight (i doubt it). It says "Not Recommended for under 18". Is it alright if she drinks it ? Will there be harmful side effects ?

I purchased Orovo Detox and have been taking it for about 5 days. I am not experiencing any of the side effects or symptons that I have read about (no racing heart rate, no increase in energy, no jitters). I am also not losing even an ounce of weight. I know a lot of weight loss pills "manipulate" your thyroid to increase metabolism, but I didn’t think this one was like that.

Im looking for a one week detox that’s not about losing weight but taking out the toxins in my body and making it a little healthier and weight loss wouldn’t hurt. I just don’t want it to be the most miserable week.
no pills. my goal isnt weight loss- its to make me feel better, less sluggish, and healthy. weight loss is just a bonus.

There is absolutely NO scientific evidence backing this "diet" causing weight loss OR any type of cleansing and almost all of the weight people lose on it is soon regained. Is it because people lose so much water weight they get excited? Because of the promise of the "quick fix" everyone seems to think is possible? Is it because of all the scam ads going around trying to profit on people’s (unrealistic) hope for the instant gratification of weight loss? REAL studies have shown that the only active effect on people this diet gives is the PLACEBO EFFECT along with loss of muscle and water weight. The percentage of weight that is muscle lost on this diet is ridiculous. It seems to the single most asked about diet on here, sadly. I hope this doesn’t have to do with the spam bots on this board who will randomly answer any question (even about weight gain, lol) with, "Try the detox!" Please do heavy research from multiple sources before considering this diet, and look at both points of view.

I’m in the process of lossing weight. I know every now and then the body should be cleared of toxins and free radicals that may cause illness. I need a good detox that will also help with the weight loss. Please don’t suggest anythng u haven’t tried yourself or that didn’t show any results after using. I drink plenty of water also.
