If i do the lemo detox for 4 days and exercie everyday for at least 1:30 hours or more. how much weight would i lose?can i hep plz i read somewhere that a girl who did it for 40 days lost 18kg in 40 days and didnt exrcise can u gus plz help me give m ideas thankk.

Is this a reasonable weight loss goal?




Hi everyone,
I’m a 14 year old girl, I’m 5′8" and a half inches tall, and I weigh 178 pounds. I’m sick of being overweight, and I’m finally ready to do something about it. I’m someone who’s really goal-oriented, so I decided that what I want is to lose 38 pounds by December 8, 2009 (my 15th birthday). I plan on doing this by cutting out all processed foods, exercising 1-2 hours a day, eating only very small portions, and doing a 3 day Detox. With this plan, is it possible for me to reach my goal? Thanks!

About how many pure pounds of belly fat did I lose?

Here is my before and after picture. After is left, and before is right. Sorry for the confusion. Around what body fat percentage am I at now currently?

Ive been doing detox with fruit lately to keep the weight off as well. Last time I weighed myself was monday at 130 but I dunno how accurate that is. Can someone clarrify that and see if thats really true?

i can fluctuate up to 10 lbs if i dont dehydrate myself.
im actually 5′11 according to my drivers license and ruler. Im only looking shorter because I have no shoes on.

Weight Loss?




Right Now Im taking Hot Rox diet pills. They make me go to the bathroom very quickly after I eat, and I drink a gallon of water daily to keep me full when Im hungry. Once a week I take Ex-Lax to sorta "detox" my body. Do you think I will get sick if I keep this up?

detoxified weight loss program?




My doctor has started a new program to help his patients change their lifestyle to lose weight and fat. There are different versions of the program such as a 5 week candida, 20 day hormonal balance, etc. (they are all designed to help with weight loss and trouble areas on the body) With each program you get some type of kit that comes with nutritional shakes that is supposed to take the place of a meal, all natural pills, and personalized patient plan. During the first week or so with any of the programs they have what is called a body cleanse. Depending on the type of program that is chosen and how much weight needs lost will determine how restrictive food options are. For each program there are a few detox phases, 3 to 4 days long, that is supposed to rid the body of toxins. During the detox phase the only thing that is allowed to be eaten or drank is a mixture of water, lemon juice and some type of natural maple syrup (for calories). It seems like a good porgram because it is supposed to almost eliminate cravings. The problem with any of these programs is it costs a lot, starts out at 0 plus.

I have a weigh in on Tuesday for Weight Watchers and my weight went up by about 2 pounds last week after an unhealthy binge. I want to try to get my weight down as much as possible. I’ve been eating an extra healthy diet, but I’m considering taking fiber supplements to help get my weight down a little more.

I will not take more than the recommended dosage for the day and this will be in addition to my healthy diet and exercise. I want to possibly use the extra fiber as a detox/cleanse (to help "flush out" excess "crap".)

Is this safe or even effective?

Jenny McCarthy claims that her son Evan lost his "Autism Diagnosis" after a year of diet and detox. Is this really possible? My understanding is that either you have it or you don’t there is no in between. Looking for some medical professionals answers here.

help me with my weight loss! questions!!?




okay i m 19, 210lbs and 5′2" way overweight. ok. i want to know a few things:

1. how many calories should i eat per day

2. what type of excercise should i do and how often and how long ( not very active, use to play volleyball, and softball so i am capable.)

3.i am a big fan of soda… not a water drinker. how much water should i drink and any other drinks that would help me?

4. should i use a detox to cleanse my body

5. what about multi vitamins?

Weight loss advice needed?




I have been trying to lose weight now for over 8mos. I have always been extremely underweight all my life and then the past year my weight has gone up. I used to weigh 100lbs, now I am at 155lbs. I am 5′6". I DO NOT want to be that thin again, my goal is like 120lbs-125lbs. I have no insurance and the last time I could afford to go to the doctor my blood test showed very low potassium and sodium. Diabetes and hypothyroid run in my family. I show signs of both. I have ZERO energy anymore, I’m cold all the time, dry skin, my legs swell so bad, etc.! When I wake up they are thin and by the end of the day they are 4x their size! I revamped my diet, worked with a trainer/nutritionist for the past 6 mos and I have not lost anything! I’m SO lost-I don’t know what to do! I can’t afford a doctor, let alone get blood test, PLUS if I do have either the medicine! I was thinking about trying like a detox or cleanse, maybe even trying slim quick’s drink mixes? I have to lose some weight-my back kills all the time! I know its because my body isn’t used to the extra weight! I even got a puppy (not just because of the excerise) but we go on long walks all the time! I’ve changed up my routine, my diet,everything! UGH I am so mad and I don’t know what to do, i work out 2hours a day but the past week I just have given up! Please advice!

Looking for tips on a 24-48 hour body detox?




The more I read about diets I see that a inital detox is recommended. I know fasting helps cleanse your body and is something people do for religious beliefs but if I fasted for 24-48 hours just consuming beverages would that help jumpstart weight loss? Of course I dont think I could go to the gym those days because Im sure Id be lacking energy so I dont know if it would even be worth it in the long run.

i don’t weigh to much right now. im 5′ 3" and i weigh 128, i want to start a diet so im thin for summer. but knowing myself, i wont be determined unless i see results FAST. so i want to go on this detox for my start. apparently you can loose like 10 lbs within the first week, but i wanted to know if i could loose that much even though i don’t weigh a lot in the first place.
