k so i just started a detox diet yesterday…today sucks…i woke up with stomach cramps, and i had diarrhea.yuck…..i feel really tired and weird…i know this is your body cleaning itself out but how long does this last? and i was wondering how long it takes to see results from a detox diet? Anyone who has been through one? any tips???

my diet consists of:
green tea(no sugar, no anything, just the tea)
fruits,
vegetables and,
lots and lots of water.

i will be doing this diet for 1 month.

So i kinda binged for a while, and now im all bloated and full of junk food:\
so what would a good detox, to cleanse out all that icky stuff I ate (you know what i mean)

and can you give me a recipe, list of food, drinks ect.

and i already drink a lot of water and tea.

Ive been thinking of going on a detox diet to rid my body of toxins. Im 17 and weigh 107. I want to do a 7 day liquid detox diet…but since im so small will this hurt me? Im already a vegetarian so I already dont eat meats.

I bought Jillian Michaels’ Detox diet pills and I thought there would be like instructions about what to eat for the two weeks, but there wasn’t. Does anyone know if you have to eat specific foods or if you can just eat what you normally do? Thanks!

Has anyone heard of that detox diet where you drink 64 oz of water and cranberry juice and every morning you drink hot lemon water, and every morning and night you drink water with 1 tbs of flaxseed? Also, you eat protein, fruits, and vegetables all day, does it work? Have you tried it? How much can you lose?

I’m hoping to lose as much weight as possible by memorial day weekend…anyone know of a good way to do it? Any suggestions would be great!

Okay, my finals are over. I quit smoking 3 1/2 months ago, and have been stress eating the last month. Now it is time for the next step, getting back in shape. I have googled a lot, and it is hard to filter these kind of things. Does anybody have a good detox diet that I can try to get me started on my journey? It needs to be something relatively affordable, I am a poor college student after all.

I have been working out for about 3 1/2 now. My sister is getting married in October and in order to fit in the dress that I want I must get down to a 36 inch waist size, Im currently at a 42 inch waist size. I have been doing cardio-5-6 a week for an hr (walking/jogging) and also 3-4 a week body firming dvd. is there anything else I can do to assist a more successful weight loss. I read this article about toxins in your body and stuff, but said nothing about how to remove the toxins…
