plz help me iim 16 and 5"7 and today i weight 10 st 1.5 lbs
i would like to get to 9 stone within 5 weeks any tips i am willing to do anythin – i have dumb bells, skipping rope, crosstrainer, sit up mat, i have a dog
i really want to lose weight as my prom is at the end of june and i would like to get a dress but eventually i want to be 8 stone does anyone have any good tips
i don’t want to diet i am going to eat healthy and nomt bad foods and ill drink water all the time but i need some good exercises to help me lose weight and tone up at the same time
also have a yoga class available at my school for 1 lunch time per week for 40 mins which im going to go on thursday from now on xx thanx in advance

I am currently making a lifestyle change in my diet and have learned correct portion sizes and more about proper nutrition. I am trying to incorporate working out into my schedule, and want to do so initially to lose weight. I have read many conflicting articles regarding how much cardio you should do a week so as not to overdo it, and how if you are trying to lose weight, you should or shouldn’t do weights.
For weight loss, I was planning to do : 3 – 4 days of cardio (three days spin 45 mins, one day ellipitical or outside biking), two days weight training (one day legs, one day arms, each 45 mins), two days Yoga , one day of rest. Yoga and weights would be on the same day.
Is this a good regimen for weight loss?

My friend is 15 years old and she is not content with her weight at the moment. She is about 124-125 pounds and she’s 5’3". She wants to be 110. Is there any safe way for her to reach her goal? I don’t want just the plain "diet and exercise" answer. Please be specific!

I did a BMR calculator and it said that I burn 1,449 calories a day doing nothing. So I’ve been eating 1,200 calories a day and burning 600 calories through exersize and I should be losing weight because I’m burning more calories then I eat everyday, but I’m not losing ANY weight.
I used to eat 800 calories a day and I was losing weight but I found out how unhealthy it was. But now that I’ve changed my diet Ive stopped losing weight.
It there any reason for this?
Could it be a weight loss plataeu?, and if it is how do i break out of it?

I have cheerleading camps almost every day for the next 3 weeks so i dont have much time every day to work out but i do have a good few hours.

i think thats it..
i dont have a lot of time or money to go and buy some more exercise stuff but please recommend some of that too.
And will full bars help me?? I’ve wanted to try them but need to know if they work first!

I really want to lose weight but i am really self conscious about it and i live in a house with 4 other people. I have a diet under control but i want to know a good workout plan that can work everything. I have next to no money so workout equipment is not an option unless its really cheap. Please if you have a list of workouts that work everything please post it.

I’m 6’0” and about 135 pounds, and I need to drop about 10 and to further my modeling career.
I believe my BMI is somewhere around 19, and I am 18 years old… it’s safe to diet responsible at this weight, isn’t it?

Im currently on day 7 of the lemon juice master cleanse and I was wondering if it would be okay to take an acai berry supplement while im still doing this ( i plan to do the cleanse for 14 days). I figured that the acai berry has fiber and would provide a little more cleansing but im unsure of the protein, omega fatty acids, and other nutrients it contains if they will screw up my diet… Anyone?!

I am a thick woman, but all I want to do is get my stomach flatter, get rid of my love handles, and firm up my breast a bit more. I love my thighs, hips, and butt and I wish to leave them as they are. I have already gone on a salad diet where I eat nothing but salads 3 times a day with chicken breast and low-cal dressing. But, which specific excersizes can I do to target my stomach, love handles, and breast?

I’ve been working out for almost two years now, and as far as strength is concerned I have progressed quite well. But my size in relativity to my strength has not progressed nearly as well. My diet is fairly clean and I eat good foods most of the time. So I was wondering what is the best workout for overall size?
I mean weight-training, and I want to know what’s the best type of workout for size gains.

I have been on a diet and exercise regime for around 2 years now. My calorie intake is 1500 calories, I do yoga and jump rope and crunches 4-5 mornings a week. I try and eat healthy food (fruits, lean meat..).
But I can’t seem to lose any weight! At the beginning my weight went down slowly, but now not at all! I even seem to gain a little! And it’s not because I’m getting muscular!
I was just wondering if the time of day that you eat makes a difference or if there are any supplements that help burn fat, promote weight loss….? I heard green tea is supposed to help. I don’t know if that works, or what other things there are.
If anybody has any information, that would be great!
