i was just wondering what pills have worked for you, or someone you know, as a diet/exercise aid?

i am not looking for a ‘quick fix’ thing, just something faster than 1-2 lbs a week.

i am on a 1300 calorie diet right now, cardio 2 hours a day, 5’8 female, 170 lbs.

obviously, i wouldnt be someone who is on a "eat all the crap you want, watch tv all day and take trimspa diet"

I’m on a diet but I’m taking hydroxycut hardcore.
I have a very low metabolism so it’s very difficult for me to lose weight just by eating healthy and exercising.

I’ve read a lot of opinions saying that this stuff doesnt work but then again I heard that diet pills dont work on some people. The guy at the GNC took Hydroxycut Hardcore and did NO exercise whatsoever and lost 40 lbs in 3 weeks.

I’d just like to know some opinions and expiriences if you have taken this.

what their called I think their called
phentermine.
My doctor prescribed them because im so overweight
that im at obesity anyways
im worried about taking them because
some people have told me that

heart stop and or make

I do eat very healthy but I am going on a trip and want to lose a few pounds. I let the yummy foods around the Holidays get the best of me and gained 5 pounds. I’d like to lose a total of 10 pounds.
