well i am a teenager and i attend Fort Vancouver High School!, and let me tell you something,! students don’t give a hoot who you are were you come from and who your related to! and i’m tired of being the target. I am an over weight female and i’m tired of it!, i want a change in pants size. and i want a diet plan that wont cost anything but will help me loose weight at the same time! so i need help!

I’m looking to lose about 10 pounds from this dvd. I’m seventeen && 140 pounds. The big thing that I have to change are my eating habits. I eat all the wrong things, I just love food. =] If you’ve done the 30 day shred, what was your diet plan, or what would you suggest for me? thanks.

Wouldn’t just eating the special diet shrink ones stomach over time and aid in weightloss? I know bypass moves the intestines around bit it’s such major surgery. Why risk it when just eating and following the long term post op diet plan with a nutritionist would produce same results at the same time?

I am taking a nutrition class and I have to come up with a one day diet plan for a 10 year old girl whose parents had confined her to a closet and greatly restricted the dietary intake for approximately 2 years. Her height and weight are much less than expected for a 10 year old child. Also I have to explain why I chose the number of calories and food types. Anybody got any ideas.

My father is 58years old and healthy as far as I know, no diabetes, heart disease, etc. Around 8 years ago, he was operated for his cataract, but he is totally fine now (though he can’t carry heavy objects anymore).He also has no vices, just drinks like once to twice a month. He is also physically active, not really heavy but at least sweats from it. He wants to gain weight by following a diet plan, with meals for breakfats, etc. ope you can help. A link or personal opinion will be very helpful. Thank you!

I am 19 Male 5′10" 220lbs and somebody i met in the gym gave me a diet plan that consists of a daily intake of
Protein -220 grams
Carbohydrates -550 grams
Fats -42 grams
Total Calories -3419
what do u guys think im new to fitness and nutrition so i would really appreciate all the help i can get thanks all.

I was in athletics this year and now that summer break is nearing,
I’ve realized that I need to keep a steady workout and diet plan to keep me in shape during the summer since I won’t be working out in school like I used to..

I’m 13, 4′11" and weigh 105 lbs.
I would like to weigh 90 by September.
I’m diabetic.
What would be a good diet plan for me?
I don’t follow my diet for diabetes too well.
My mom says I’m gaining weight because of puberty, but I think she’s telling me that because she doesn’t want to admit that I’m getting heavy.

But I don’t want to lose a lot of weight. Maybe a pound or two, but as far as my weight I am satisfied. But I want my abs to flat and somewhat defined…but not like 1980 Arnold Schwarzenegger abs. So I want a workout plan (in addition, a diet plan wouldn’t be terrible) , hopefully from someone who is like a personal trainer at a gym or something…or just someone who knows what they’re talking about.
