I want to go a diet because I have gained about 10-15 pounds and I can’t fit into some of my pants and I feel so horrible. Can someone please give me a great diet plan that doesn’t involve a lot of exercise. I’m not lazy of anything but I have to go to school and work and everything so I really don’t have time for exercise.

Look Im 6 days into it and it is very difficult! I feel stronger already! I am female and very young my mother says that is way easier for young people to build muscles than it is for older people. I can afford the diet plan. But I do eat healthy! Lean meats and vegetables, fruits, etc. I don’t want you to give me a link to anything I honestly want to here from people who have lost INCHES on P90X without the nutrition plan!

I’m a 13 year old girl, and i want to loose weight fast. I recently asked, how to loose weight fast, and they gave me the answer: Fat X 12 fat burning workout and diet program. It’s a 12 day workout and diet plan you can cycle as many times a you want. During the day, what am i supposed to eat?

I weight 138lbs and i’m 5"5 I want to loose about 10 to 20 lbs within a month or two and increase my fitness. I already have a really busy schedule and can only exercise for short amounts of time maybe 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. What is the best way to loose and keep the weight off with a tight schedule? Also a diet plan would be good (eg. What to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner) Thanks in advance!

I recently started the brazil butt lift and I have all 3 DVD’s, but I do not have the meal plan/diet plan that goes with it OR the workout plan. If anyone has this and could post it that would be great!! Hope anyone else doing the brazil butt lift is having a blast doing it and seeing great results.

After gaining almost 60 lbs. from my last pregnancy, I REALLY need to lose the weight. I am contemplating joining weight watchers, but am not certain it is the best plan for me. I cannot afford ANY diet plan that costs money, but I am desperate. I want to learn to eat more healthy foods and change my lifestyle. I know I could do this on my own without the support of a diet plan, but I need everyone’s opinion. Has anyone lost a lot of weight and how?

I am 5’3 and 162 lbs. I have recently lost 25 lbs. My goal weight is to be 130 lbs. I want to get to this by the end of my freshman year. I already exercise every other day with this exercise plan. Now, I need a diet plan. Please help(:

I wanna shed off at least two inches, and keep it off.
So I was wondering if someone could help me make a weekly workout routine, something that changes every day, and a diet plan?
I want to tighten my legs, arms, and tummy as well. Also, I cannot do crunches or sit ups because of a surgery from a few years ago.

I need a 1 week diet plan, coz I don’t know what I can eat. The reason I find it hard to think of something to eat is coz I’m a vegetarian, I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and I have coeliac disease (Gluten intolerance).

We are not sure what sets off my IBS, but many doctors believe its onion so I can’t have to much of that.

I lost 120lbs in a relatively short space of time (about 5 months). I have become too comfortable recently, and started eating regularly again and I cut back a lot on my exercising. I gained back about 25lbs in about 2.5 months. I do not plan to lose all of the 25lbs because I feel as though I got too small when I lost all the weight. I am looking to lose about 15lbs. The diet I used no longer seems to work for me. Can you please recommend a diet plan and workout regiment for me to get these results in about a month or less? Also, can you suggest something that I can take for energy? Thanking you in advance for great answers!
