Like most of the women in this world, one of my resolutions is to loose weight. Mainly my baby weight from having my daughter 7months ago.
I have looked at a few diet programs, but I am wondering what diets have worked best for you?
Did you give up carbs, or sugar? Did you count calories, did you do a master cleanse?
im sixteen about to turn seventeen, and i am overweight, way overweight, for my build. i weigh almost 180 lbs. and im only 5′3". mind you i do have a lot of muscle, i used to be in softball, volleyball, when i was in elementry school i did track and cross country, and i do colorguard, well, after freshman year i went into highschool and did volleyball and i lost weight fast, and looked really good, but then i had a blow out with the coach, and long story short my mom made me quit the team. then softball season turns around and i broke my leg, and i couldnt exercise, because i was in a cast! needless to say, i did gain excessive weight, and i stopped playing volleyball, and i didnt make the team for softball, so my required workouts wernt availible & i was too lazy to work out on my own. now im overweight and unhappy plz tell me the best known diets & exercise ways to loose weight FAST its getting to where the weight is effecting my health plz let me know ways to shed the pounds quick!
The more I read about diets I see that a inital detox is recommended. I know fasting helps cleanse your body and is something people do for religious beliefs but if I fasted for 24-48 hours just consuming beverages would that help jumpstart weight loss? Of course I dont think I could go to the gym those days because Im sure Id be lacking energy so I dont know if it would even be worth it in the long run.
i cant find anything on borders site or amazon.com, i want a book with training programs and diets, i don’t know if that exists, so that’s partly my question.
when you read about different diets, for breakfast you see eat half a grapefruit, why is it a grapefruit and not an orange? whats the difference in nutrition between the two?
I overeat due to stress, anxiety and boredom, but when I try to diet, I find it all very stressful. I find the hunger and deprivation causes anxiety, and after past diets I’ve put on even more weight, so now I’m scared to even try for fear of coming back even fatter. I’ve tried adding exercise and support groups, but find exercise boring, painful, and time-consuming, and hearing other people’s problems doesn’t really relax me. Any suggestions on how to get over this and move ahead?
I really need to lose 20 pounds asap, keep it off for once, want to do it healthy, with a detox effect, not just eat cabbage for weeks!
I get lots of emails about Acai Berry for weight loss, sounds healthy, but every review I read says Scam Alert, product doesn’t work, expensive, they suck up your money, keep billing you.
I’ve spent enuf cash on diets.
There’s a website I found googling weight-loss cleanses, http://www.nulean-acaiberrydiet.com also claims Acai doesn’t do much, has anyone tried Nulean????
I like the sound of it, but want some feedback.
I need to lose a lot of weight and have tried numerous chain diets and always find a way to get off of them. I would like to try counting calories and think this may be best for me. I need to know how many calories a woman and a man should have per day and can’t seem to get a straight answer online. Please help. Thanks.
I have been doing 1 hour of stationary biking daily for the past month in a bid to burn off body fat from my abdominal area. I also do weights training 4 times a week. I consume roughly 2000-2200 calories daily which is the recommended/slightly below recommended quantity to maintain body weight for a 22 yr old male. It has not been very successful as there is still body fat on my torso. I am not keen to go on a high protein low carbohydrate diet. If you are going to suggest one, could you kindly explain the need to exclude carbohydrates? I do not understand the need to exclude carbs when the calorie totals of 2 different diets(1 balanced and 1 low carb high protein) are equal. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
I have been trying to get back into shape a loose some weight but so far the diets I have tried havent been working. I wanted to try this diet but I’m a little skeptical. I dont want to be disappointed. So far I havent heard any bad reviews, does anyone have any input?
What are some diet pills where I can lose about 10-15 lbs a week that dont require a lot of exercise or diets?
I am 5′8” 312 lbs and no other diets have worked. A freind of mine suggested I try the pez diet. I eat strawberry Pez all day long. SO far I have lost 1lb in the last week. How much weight can I expect to be down by next week? I dont excersise and have a mired maid.
I have been doing nutrisystem for about 3 months. When I first started I dropped 20 pounds fast but now nothing is happening. I do cardio and strength training. Maybe I need to switch diets. I am looking to lose 100+. Any suggestions????
I am going to Disney at the end of may and would like to lose some weight by then so I can fit on the rides comfortably.. Right now my exercise is Slim in 6 and Hip Hop Abs. Should I add a supplement to my routine???
I have not plateaued, I am losing about one to two pounds a week, but considering my weight I thought it would be more than this…
Princess your answer was completely useless, this is an area to help people with questions not to insult them.
