I am a 15 year old girl, and am 5’1. I need to lose 10lbs before school starts. An online calculator that I took- most actually said that I need about 800-1000 calories per day to lose about 2lbs/fat per week. Will this do the trick? I am naturally slim, but have been binging a ton, from my period and gained 10lbs. I don’t even fit in my school uniform anymore! It’s too tight! So I NEED to lose the weight…
Please don’t ask how much I weigh now…
Please don’t advertise any of those weight loss pills/diets…
I am mainly looking for someone to come with a 800-1000 calorie vegetarian meal plan, low in fat, high in fiber, very filling, that will help me lose this weight before school.

School ends in two weeks after that i only have two weeks until we leave to go to South Africa. I really really want to be able to look good in a bikini. I’m 5’6 14 and weigh 140 pounds.. I already know that i’m fat so please don’t tell me what i already know i just want to know how i can loose this weight i really really want to lose it as fast as possible. So please any exercises, diets anything also what’s the least i can weigh? thank you guys so much!

I’m 36, 5′ and overweight. I NEED to loose 30 pounds. When I was younger, I would just cut back on what I ate & the pounds would come off. Now I am taking Synthroid for a very inactive thyroid, and it seems no mater how much I decrease my caloric intake, I do not loose any weight. To complicate matters, I am allergic to fish, seafood, & soybeans…. and I am single mom with a VERY limited income. Anyone out there know of any diets that would be effective? (please don’t say ask your doctor, as I can barely afford the Snythroid, let alone another doctor visit) – Thanks.

I also have some back injuries which limit the amount of vigorous exercise (and pilates) that I can do. I am looking for a diet – not a work out plan. Just to verify – I have back & neck injuries which limit the amount of vigorous exercise I can do. I am not asking for a exercise program because I know my limits of what I can and cannot do without hurting myself & exacerbating my condition…. I am looking for a diet which compliment what exercise activities I can do that will work for someone with a sluggish / inactive thyroid.

So, I’m in Europe still…just can’t seem to stay away from castles and fortresses….anywhoo, I have always had the entrepreneurial spirit and was thinking of starting my own weight loss business. I did not major in nutrition but have successfully lost 50 lbs and kept it off for three years. Doctors, most of whom were overweight themselves, were never able to help me and comercial diets like Jenny Craig were a waste of my money, but I’ve been able to find a way with a balanced diet, exercise, yoga, etc. and I’d love to help people do the same and earn money from it…Of course, I’ll have to find out what the legal requirements are but generally can someone who isn’t a nutritionist assist others in weight loss?

I think I weigh around 130 pounds
I would like to weigh somewhere around 115 pounds
any plans? diets and routines that work good. thanks. (dont just say eating healthy and working out. I mean like are there specific foods? how long am I supposed to work out? or like what do I work out on or with?)

I need a good weight loss plan to follow. I’ve tried many, many diets in the past & none really seem to work very well. Does anyone have one that’s good & doesn’t cost me an arm & a leg so to speak? I’ve reached a cross roads in my life & I need a change now.

Ok I am ready to lose some serious weight. I lost around 60 pounds since september but I weighted myself and it turns out I gained around half back to put me at 260. I need to lose around 60 pounds by late august the thing is I suck at running and I can never keep up with it. So I have this weight loss calculator that says if I walk around 15 miles a day and eat around 2000 to 2500 calories I will drop the weight. Is this safe? I don’t wanna go into starvation mode or stunt my growth I just wanna be healthy and in shape for football so this isn’t just to look good. I am also lifting weights at least 4 times a week. Will this be safe for me?
I lost the weight by cutting junk I don’t do diets. I already walk 8miles a day. And I am lifting weights so I won’t lose any muscle not for mass.

because my muscles will not allow me even to do simple walking and should eat lots of carbohydrates for energy , i gained 40 pounds . i need help to slowly increase my exercise routine and the diets to follow to meet my energy needs. ( i have 3 kids , so needed to be very active all day ).
if i reduce my carbohydrate, i feel very cold and a lit bit of shivering . at that time when i eat carbohydrate , i will become normal . by this process i gained 40 pounds ( now iam 180 pounds). i wanted to shed 40 pounds and gain some lean muscles. i would greatly appreciate anybody help me out , because i am suffering with this for the past 1 year

I’m only 14, but I want abs or just a really flat stomach. I guess I’d be willing to go on somewhat of a diet but nothing crazy. I do 5 different kind of abs exercises everyday 20 each (so, 100 total). And I don’t really see that much of a result. I want to be healthy, and I want a flat stomach/abs. Any advice? Tips? Diets?

I am helping my mom with her diet, but she is worried that many diets are just not going to be healthy for her. Does anyone know of a diet plan that includes daily meal plans that she can start on that is both healthy and not just a fad?

I don’t want to run because I have a hard time breathing, i don’t want to do exercises that will never work, I don’t want to do diets because I don’t have the time to look over what I eat. Can someone recomend an easy way? Or can someone recomend something I could buy online that will help me. Like from those commercials… PLEASE HELP ME !!! I always find something I could do but there always seems to be a flaw…
