I normally go to the gym and I would workout on my legs, arms, and back on the machines (I like to use light weights). Are these workouts safe to do when you’re pregnant or what type of exercise or workout would you recommend?

Power Yoga for Weight Loss?




I am trying to drop about 5-10 lbs and get toned. The only exercise I like these days is power yoga. Anyone dropped weight this way? Any DVD/video taped workouts you all really liked? What was your workout schedule? I have also implemented a more calorie restrictive diet.

A year ago i got in a wreak and i couldn’t do much exercise and now i have love handles and I’m kinda pudgy. what’s cheap and works fast. I’ve tried riding bikes and stuff and it works for like a day. Anything helps ;)

I am 128 pounds and 4 foot 10 and want to get down to 100-110 and cant exercise or diet because i give in so i looked at detox drinks on the internet but they have many ingredients i cant use. I want something i can drink when im having water. I cant use things like tea and maple syrup but anything else is fine. I will vote an answer to give you 10 points if its good.

Which technique works better to get flat abs?




well im 16 and i was wondering when doing ab exercises, will flexing your abs while doing the exercises give you flatter abs?? or does it matter if i not flex them and just worry about doing the exercise, cuase they say if you do flex, you’ll get flatter abs.. please help and any other techniques would be greatly appreciated :)

I’m 6 feet tall, 155 lbs. I’m not overweight by any stretch of the imagination, but I want to be around 135 lbs. I want to lose this weight before the end of June. I’ve become a vegan in this process and am avoiding all dairy and animal products. Any advice for exercise/this kind of dietary lifestyle?
I play varsity basketball and so I get about 1.5-2 hours 5 days of the week.

Hi! Well I was wondering how to get some beautiful flat abs. I run xcountry and track and exercise alot, but Im still not there. Are there certain foods that help getting flat abs? and good exercises also? thanks soooo much!! :)

weight loss, any diet ideas?




age 14, female, 5′3.5", 105lbs, medium build.
i WANT to get down to 97lbs
i have 6 months, because im in a bikini for vienna then, but i want asap.
so a few weeks? maybe 1 or 2 months?

i dont mind stupid detox/fad diets, im always on them,they work the best.
anything you can recommend.

btw, when i skip breakfast, and sometimes lunch, i look thinner, why? i like it, but i look loads better when i skip meals.

i usually dont eat over 500cals.
sorry, cant stop that now.
i live on organic soups and fruit and veg.
no cheese, no bread, etc.
i have ibs.

perhaps lose 8lbs in 6 weeks - possible?

DONT, give me BS about healthy eating, 500cals is too little, etc, exercise aand eat a balanced diet - dont waste your time, means nothing to me.

Ok. I’m 15 years old and am currently over weight. I wnna loose alot of weight so i can be a size 10 b4 school starts agen in August. Here are a few questions i rele need answers to;

I just started doing Yoga consistently 3 times a week for a couple weeks now and I LOVE IT!!!! I have lost about 18 lbs through exercise and eating healthy, but I’m wondering if I can cut back on the strenuous and high impact cardio, and simply maintain the weight loss by doing yoga (my passion). Anyone speaking from experience?

I have a weigh in on Tuesday for Weight Watchers and my weight went up by about 2 pounds last week after an unhealthy binge. I want to try to get my weight down as much as possible. I’ve been eating an extra healthy diet, but I’m considering taking fiber supplements to help get my weight down a little more.

I will not take more than the recommended dosage for the day and this will be in addition to my healthy diet and exercise. I want to possibly use the extra fiber as a detox/cleanse (to help "flush out" excess "crap".)

Is this safe or even effective?

I’m seeing all these commercials on tv for the pills to help you loose weight with diet and exercise, has anyone tried any and had success. I’m thinking about buying some but I dont know which is the best or if they even work. Any input??
