age 14, female, 5′3.5", 105lbs, medium build.
i WANT to get down to 97lbs
i have 6 months, because im in a bikini for vienna then, but i want asap.
so a few weeks? maybe 1 or 2 months?
i dont mind stupid detox/fad diets, im always on them,they work the best.
anything you can recommend.
btw, when i skip breakfast, and sometimes lunch, i look thinner, why? i like it, but i look loads better when i skip meals.
i usually dont eat over 500cals.
sorry, cant stop that now.
i live on organic soups and fruit and veg.
no cheese, no bread, etc.
i have ibs.
perhaps lose 8lbs in 6 weeks - possible?
DONT, give me BS about healthy eating, 500cals is too little, etc, exercise aand eat a balanced diet - dont waste your time, means nothing to me.
