I’m just starting to workout again after a long recovery from a sports injury and was wondering what some good high protein foods are there to have after a workout.. I need to build up more lean muscle mass. Any ideas?
I’m 16 and just want to lose a little bit of flab. I’ve recently started running a mile a day (going to increase the distance over time) and then doing 30 minutes of yoga. What methods do you use to ensure that your birds get the nutrition they need? Is there any kind of food or mix your birds eat that is a great part of their diet? Any other hints/suggestions?
I already own birds and I know that birds are not meant to survive only on a pellet diet. Pellets do not nearly make up a complete diet, so I’m not accepting answers that just tell me to buy bird pellets at the pet store.
ok i did this calorie calculator online and it said i eat about 2500 calories a day and that i should eat 1800 calories a day for rapid weight loss. my question is if i eat only 1500 calories and and workout how much weight can i lose in 3 weeks.

I’ve been doing some arm exercises I found in a magazine, but I’m sure they’re right. I’ve got a pair of 3 lb. dumbbells, and I’m looking for something that’s specifically for getting rid of that upper arm flab. Suggestions?
I’m 18, 5’4, 118 lbs, just joined a gym ,and im doing 20 mins on the stationary bike, and 1 hour of weight lifting on 11 different weight machines, but my sister in law is taking an aerobics class 1hr. three times a week, so im curious, which one is more effective at burning fat, or the quickest?
I know its best if you combine both, but I just paid for the weight lifting.

During the winter, I swim all the time on a swim team, so I am a decent swimmer and I get a good workout then. I would like to swim off-season to get in shape, not necessarily to work on my swimming, but more to get in good cardiovascular shape and to lose some weight.
So, does anyone have a good workout I could follow? Thanks!!
