I am 17, about 5’2 or 5’3, I weight about 148 pounds. I would like to get down to about 120 or 125 pounds.I use to be about 168 pounds but I lose that..I was taking in very fewer calories. I am maintaining the weight loss pretty well. But sometimes, I overeat….and I get scared that I will one day gain that way back, plus more. I really want to lose the rest of the weight,I really don’t want to be a diabetic or anything, like my family members.
I went on this website and it gave me this information; It camed off of a "Calorie Calculator.
