I’m 5’3 and 14 years of age
I bellydance.
I am wonderful.
But I quit for two years and I gained some love handles.
Now Since I’m back in belly I wanna lose them so that im lookin hot for my compition.

As a young teen what is an exercise I can do to get rid of love handles?
Also a easy exercise.
Oh yeah.
Some diet tips.
I dont need to but I wan to loose 15 pounds.
Im five foot five and I think Im 155 0r 150.

I am currently 5’4" 127lbs, I’m not fat at all but I do have sort of a beer belly and love handles. I want to be 120lbs by May. How can I lose the stomach and back flab and gain muscle by then?
Also, will a body cleanse help?
I want to lose flab and gain muscle.
I’m currently a size 3/4 and I would like to stay that way.

I’m a 20 year old male, I weigh 188, I’m 6 feet tall and I 6-7 days a week for about 1 hour to 1 1/2. My workout is made up of mainly boxing bag work, sit ups, push ups, and some light dumbbell (15lbs) work. I’m trying to get down to maybe like 170(this would probably be the weight I’d be boxing at) but I don’t want to look insanely skinny just fit and I got slight love handles I want to lose haha(The lowest my weight was in the past year was 178). All these calorie calculators I checked today tell me I should be eating about 3100-3500 calories a day. That’s a lot! I counted what I ate today and it came out to about 1,400…The past week I’ve been eating this way and I lose 1/2-1lb each day but I feel good and I’m not starving myself soo I was just wondering if its ok to keep eating like that?? I mainly eat skim milk,cereal,vegetables, fruit, yogurt, bread, fish, meat and after my workout I drink a cup of skim milk with a scoop of whey protein. ( I eat other things too but these are the things I eat mostly everyday)

I am a 20 year old Male, im 5’7" and i weigh 195 pounds, my ideal weight is 170 pounds although i am not fat all around my problem area is my abs and love handles, LOL, any healthy diet plan and exercise suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am also going to try and lose weight in my thighs. And for that I will be going on my elliptical machine, which i think will be good to lose weight on my thighs. If there’s anything you think is better to lose weight on my thighs please let me know. but what can i do to flatten my stomache and remove my love handles? crunches I think, but those are hard for me, anything else?

I’m a man, 28yrs old, eat healthy, weight train, bike, run, eat healthy, etc. I’m around 175 lbs and I have just a last bit of love handles on my waist I would love to get rid of. I’ve been trying this for 1.5 years now with not a lot of results. "Exercise more" doesn’t seem to be the answer. I’m thinking it’s diet. Anyone with meal plan suggestions?
