I know there is no miracle drug for that. I"m new at this so I just want something thats my money’s worth. Something I can take before I workout t get my pre-baby body back.
dietary manager certificate or dietetic service supervisor is only a one yr certificate program, Will this certification alone without additional education be able to make money and find a job when completed? no assocaites, no bach…..what would this certification enable me to do? How much would the salary be?
I weigh 220lbs and want to lose weight, but I would like to avoid joining a gym in order to save money. I have an elliptical machine that I use, but I can only do that for so long(15 minutes or so) . I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what I could do at home(aside from elliptical) in order to get an intense workout.

My family always says crap wen i eat something like that is too fattening and I am SICK OF IT. Im not like super skinny but my family wont shut up about it so i want to lose weight so i wont hear anymore fucking crap about it. My weight has always been a sensitive spot and they know that but they dont care. I burst into tears everytime and I’m tired of it. Anyone have an excellent diet suggestion?

I was offered a session free by the manager of Gold’s gym at my local town, and I’m a teenager who earns his money honestly and works really hard for it, therefore the little money i make, i try to save. I read so many scams from gyms to customers, so i’m a bit afraid. I need your help plz!
A certain "weight loss" company/ represented by the ex "Cheers employee" misleads their employees, has their employees lie to the clients, suggests that the employees tell the clients that they have lost weight themselves on the program, when it’s a bold faced lie- How can someone let the consumer world know that they’ll lose more money than lbs. buying into this Lie-factory?
I’ve since left the company- I just think it’s horrible that so many people are being lied to on a day to day- or should I say, commission check to commission check basis. It is HORRIBLE. Contacting corporate did NOTHING. Clients are merely rushed in and out. Consultations? Please- in, weighed, more food, out the door CHA CHING!! Ridiculous. Buyers BEWARE of enticing advertising- most of the in house are NOT on the program, nor have they ever been- you’re being lied to.

What diet plan works best for someone who doesn’t eat a lot of meat?
I am trying to lose weight, but have very poor eating habits. I don’t have the money for a nutritionist, and also have to think of my kids and what they want to eat. I don’t like meat, and don’t eat it very often, which leads me to believe that I may be missing some important components(protein, and others) from my diet. I do take a multi-vitamin. I would like to start this ASAP. Does anyone know any websites that would give me diet/meal plans that are both kid friendly and healthy. It seems that all we eat are chicken nuggets, fish sticks,a nd pizza!
