I am 5’4 and I weight 107, my stomach is really skinny and flat but I don’t have any muscles or anything…just flat..I don’t go to the gym alot so I need a good workout thats simple and I can do at home for my abs…

Working out does not stunt your growth, period & go research on it too. Okay, I am 13.5 years old, and since my nutrition is going into my muscles (such as repairing muscles from protein breakdown and getting them bigger & stronger) when you workout, should I take in more nutrients such as from a MULTIVITAMIN pill to also help with height growth, repairing, etc?

I’ve read about the post-workout nutrition, so I know what I’m supposed to eat. But I couldn’t find anything about what you should do after a workout. Should you do some light cardio? Or just take it easy for awhile? I don’t really have a set routine for after my workouts. Should I be lying down for awhile to rest your muscles? Or is it better to be active to keep your blood flowing so that the protein and carbs can circulate through your body?

When I use to work out with a personal trainer he worked my abs everyday. He stated that working your abs everyday broke those muscles down and then you work your abs every other day once you mid section starts to get smaller in size.

Ok so I am in need of some advice concerning my stomach/ab area! I eat really healthy and exercise almost daily. I’m pretty skinny for my height, and I have tight abs for the most part, (two pack upper abs), but I have a small little layer of fat on my lower abs. It’s just a pudge, not too noticeable, but it makes me feel so self-conscious. I do at least 50 crunches and leg lifts a day, I know that only strengthens muscles, not burn fat, but how do I loose that little layer? Answers appreciated! Thank you!!
Sorry, I also forgot to mention that I don’t need to loose weight anywhere else. I already said I’m pretty skinny, but I don’t know if doing too much cardio will encourage weight loss in other places too. Thank you for all the answers I’ve already gotten!

There are different ranges on the BMI from healthy range to overweight to obese. I was wondering if you need to be in the healthy range for a tummy tuck, or do people in the overweight & obese categories still qualify.
I know Tummy Tucks does not cause weight loss! It only tightens muscles and removes excess/loose skin.

I only work out like 30 mins per day and i think thats kinda weak, i wanna know how long should i workout per day to make good show off muscles. I have muscles but their a little bit beneath my skin and i wanna pump it out.
