weight loss?

i’m 21 years old….i weigh 169 pounds….work out 3 x a week…but i see no changes in my weight loss.
i have stretch marks on my upper thighs, and behind my knees…and you can see cellulite…..does anyone know how to get rid of cellulite in your stomach and legs….any work outs i can do to improve this? and improve my weight loss?

If you have the correct knowledge losing weight can be a breeze.. 1ststep cut down your carb intake.. dont totally eliminate it.. Your body uses carbs as energy and if u limit the carb intake ure body would burn fat to use it as energy.. if you totally eliminate all the carbs u risk developing ketosis.. in which case your cells wont be getting enough oxygen..which is not good.. Eat good carbs but limit the amount.. stuff with whole grains is good.. white bread is BADDDDD.. 2nd try to limit ure calories instate to max 1500 calories a day.. It is more than enough to keep ure body healthy and try to chose more nutritious food rather than burger n fries.. go for fruits, vegetables.. 3rd step would be work out.. Do atleast 1 hour of treadmil or elyptical ( would get rid of the cellulite, did it for me guaranteed) .. I would say 4-5X a week would be good.. And now to my Secret of losing weight fastttttttttt.. Step 4 drink Green tea 30 minutes before any workout.. Just one cup a day..
drink plenty of water..water helps u get rid of celliulite..and helps lose weight fast (even 5 pounds in 1 week!!)..
best exercise: walking!!
If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises.
Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS.
Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits.
@ Always Avioid Junk food.
@ Dont eat pizza, milk, potato and oily food.
@ Dont drink Softdrinks and soda.
@ Eat a lot of fruits
@ Eat a lot of vegitables.(salad)
@ Drink a lot of water
@ Do not eat candy or chocolate
@ Sleep well
@ If you can, do mediatation and yoga.
@ Dont drink alcohol and don’t smoke
@ Eat hygienic foods.
@ Don’t get yourself starve
@ After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
@ Switch to ordinary coffee
@ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home.
@ Eat only when you hear your stomach growling.
@ Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal.
@ Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.
@ Eat more soup. The noncreamy ones are filling but low-cal.
@ Walk around the mall three times before you start shopping.
@ Eat without engaging in any other simultaneous activity. No reading, watching TV, or sitting at the computer.
These simple tips will help you to lose weight.

Walk at least an hour, non-stop, per day
The body is designed to walk. Research shows that slow, rhythmic movement exercise, such as walking, resets your body’s weight set point and creates a thin, lean body. A one-hour walk everyday will change your body dramatically in as little as one month.
Eat a big breakfast
It is interesting to note that 80 percent of the people who are overweight eat a small breakfast or none at all. Eighty percent of thin people eat a large breakfast. Your breakfast should consist of as much as you want of the following items. Everything listed should be organic. Apples, pears, berries, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs, rye bread, raw butter (raw means not pasteurized and not homogenized), raw milk, plain yogurt (this means no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, beef in any form as long as it’s organic, chicken in any form as long as it’s organic, lamb in any form as long as it’s organic, tuna, sardines, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, salsa, celery, carrots, any vegetable, potatoes in limited amounts, coffee in limited amounts made with pure water not tap water with raw milk or cream and raw evaporated sugar cane juice or honey as a sweetener, real tea (not tea in tea bags).
Eat a huge salad at lunch & dinner
I don’t care if your lunch is a cheeseburger, French fries, and a pint of ice cream, add to it a big, huge salad and eat that first. You’ll be amazed that you lose weight. The salad can contain anything you like as long as it is only vegetables and they are organic. The salad dressing should be organic olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or organic vinegar. If you really want to speed the weight loss process use organic apple cider vinegar. Add some organic sea salt, fresh ground pepper, or some garlic for taste.

your these work outs are not enough, I just think so.
Every fitness trainer will agree with me that. The best exercise to burn fat is internal training such as sprinting because it burn more fat than others, help your body to increase metabolism which is an important part and a key factor in weight loss. And you will surprise that it can help you burn more fat even you do nothing in 24 hours after you sprinting.
Here are some tips: sprint as fast as possible about 30s then walk or jog (if you can ^^) to slow down your heart rate and sprint again and walk and sprint and walk… you just need 15 minutes a day for that and I swear that if you can do these things for a month, you will lose stubborn weights.
And you should only do work out in the morning. Because after a long night, all energy from foods of your dinner will be used, so with a empty stomach and work out in the morning will burn fat. And it will wake you up completely, you will be more active and move more in all day. Then after that, remember do not skip the breakfast. Skipping the breakfast doesn’t help you loose any weight at all, and it can give you a vicious cravings with make you eat more in the evening and gain weight.

Contrast showers are also fine. I do not think you will get rid of cellulite, but I work on it for more than 2 years already and nobody knows that I got cellulite
